Owner description: The office of the Old West's most famous newspaper.

A great potential sadly misapplied, taking a historical building and setting and recently doubling the number of shelves for cheap and poorly researched books and tourist kitsch, and they don't even publish a paper, like they say, but students from UA or Arizona State do way far away on campus, either never visiting Tombstone or do phone interviews on stories that assert baloney facts, like Ben Traywick -- some alleged local town historian -- CREATED the submarine launched nuclear missile platforms. He did no such thing and this is what passes for a newspaper not even published in Tombstone. To top it off, they persistently write the word Marshal -- as in Marshal Virgil Earp -- as "MARSHALL"! Give me a freaking break!

We stopped in the get the tombstone ok corral paper. The staff told us it was fine to bring our dog inside to cool off. We were grateful because it was really getting hot. Most of the other shops were not dog friendly. However the shop at boothill was also dog friendly.

You feel like you stepped back in history when you go in here. Loved all the newspaper articles from back in the day, and the free copy of the paper from the day after the Gunfight at the OK Corral was great!

If you like history, visit this attraction. You can see old printing presses. Older children could learn how newspapers were laboriously printed in the past and learn that we used to get news without the internet!
