It was a Thursday night on Oct. 18th stop there early and had the Shrimp Curry. It was great the flavor was light and not over powering. I could not believe I had 13 large shrimp in the bowl with diced sweet potato, carrot and peas. However we returned on Saturday but was not near as impressed. I had the same dish and it had only 8 shrimp that time but still is a good value for 12 dollars. I would return. Service was good also.

Introduced this gem of a restaurant to friends from Scottsdale and they raved about it ... just the best, freshest, tastiest Vietnamese food around plus super nice people and service that is great. We've been there 5 times and our only problem is trying to decide which of their items we like best to order each time.
If you've never had Vietnamese food and want to treat yourself, head over to Saigon Kitchen and let them help you pick your meal. You can't miss and you will love the great flavors and subtle tastes. So much better than Thai and Chinese, it's not even close.

We dined at the outside area, which I would recommend if the inside is at all busy since it could get very noisy with not a lot of space between tables. We had spring rolls as an appetizer - lots of fresh greens in a non-fried wrap. We then shared an order of the chunk filet/rice entree. Well prepared and certainly enough food for the two of us. Although the inside seating was completely filled, service was friendly and prompt. If you like wine, try the "Amberhill Select Blend 2010" from California - quite good and relatively inexpensive.

Husband and I went there for lunch for the first and last time. We were told the appetizers were $2 less and were charged full price. The BBQ pork had one very thin slice of meat in the sandwich with cilantro stems sticking out all over. The house combination sandwich, I could only taste the chicken and it also has cilantro hanging out of the sandwich. The calamari was thick and chewy to eat. The server had lunch afterwards and never returned. The bread the food was served on was good. The waitress who finished up with us, gave us the wrong bill and came outside to tell us. The tables were very sticky to touch! It felt so dirty. We were also chased out the door to be told, the center is going bankrupt and that Frankinstein had been closed for two months which is two doors over and TGIF is also gone which is on the other side of them. Place not busy.

Wonderful food. The best in the Valley. My favorite. I try to go there whenever someone says "Where shall we eat today?" They are open all the time, so it is OK for Lunch or Dinner, etc.
