I've had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Kitchen on three separate occasions; lunch and two dinners. Each time I was able to interact with the manager(s) and felt like I was among friends; especially important when you dine by yourself. At the bar, I had my choice of 2 TVs to chose from; always sports on one and the other, non-sport. The staff and managers are good conversationalist, engaging and observant. As for the food... if you can't find something you like, ask for suggestions and they will be happy to help figure out what you may like. Vietnamese food is a blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, and French cuisine with a focus on freshness; I'm sure you find something to your liking. So if you're bored of the same old routine, give Saigon Kitchen a try. You'll be pleasantly "Surprise"d!
