Although primarily used for spring training, this stadium is also used for the Arizona Fall League. Great place to see a game that is both fan and family friendly.

If you are a spring training baseball fan like me, this stadium is quite comfortable. There is a lot of shade compared to other venues. Be forewarned that this is the only stadium I know of here where the team doesn't use the field for practice before the game. If you want to see players, visit the practice fields first and don't waste your time sitting in your seat before the game. You get some of the best access to players for photos and autographs in the practice fields, though it can be a bit of a walk--but that's OK, it's baseball!

The stadium seats almost 10,000 but there is ample room for all who come to watch games. The left field side is unshaded but the right field side has ocverhangs for protection from the sun. Parking for the games is free (unlike most other stadia in the Phoenix area. The grounds are kept verynicely and the facility is used for other activities.

Always a joy to visit the spring training sites -- you get to watch the game up close and the food is always good. People are from all over the USA, enjoying the game and sunshine -- you just get in a good mood.
