I went here with 2 of my friends during Last Week of March. We selected Quinta Da Graca over all the other beach facing resorts based on the review ,you cant find even one person complaining about anything and after staying there you will tend to agree.
The place and the ambiance is just superb and coupled with the warmly hospitality by the owners (Savio and Audrey) you cant ask for more.
The way rooms are made it gives a feel of an Portuguese museum with Antique furniture's lined across (take care not to spoil them) and to add to it you have all modern electronic at all disposal.

Service :- Savio and Audrey are amazing hosts .They really go out of their way to help you out . if you need any expert advice about places to visit or any help with transport(Taxi/Renting vehicles) they are the person to go to.
Also the breakfast they serve is just amazingly delicious and it has all the right ingredients to get you started for the day

Value :- We stayed in Melancia which was very nice with a good balcony and privacy. The room was spacious with all amenities we needed. It was equipped with great antique furniture ,LCD TV ,an powerful 2 Ton Split AC and Bed was also comfortable . Savio also arranged Chairs for us to enjoy the evening in the Veranda(balcony)
The Rooms were spotless we were amazed at level of cleanliness maintained here. The Bed sheets and towels are replace everyday. They also provide you with mineral water bottles.

Cherry on the Top :- To add to our great experience we got a generous gesture from our host we were schedule to leave from Goa around 6:30p.m and even though the checkout time was 12:00p.m. we asked our host if we can leave our luggage around and come back by 4p.m., Savio didn't just say yes he allowed us to Use the room till 4p.m so we can get fresh before we left ain't that great what more can you ask for.

Savio and Audrey are very frank and genuine people.
As it its said its a homely experience you must definitely go there if you looking for a very fulfilling peaceful experience. We Highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Goa

Quinta da Graca was a fantastic experience for us. This was our first visit to Goa and we came to Quinta da Graca after an year of hectic work behind us. Please be informed that this place is not exactly opposite to the beach so although we were away from the din ( near the beach ) we could still soak in the casual Goan atmosphere. Savio had very informative conversations with us over breakfast setting the tone for the day's visits. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and it was truly relaxing. The room was very good and well maintained. The breakfast served was yummy and the suggestions which Savio/Audrey made were very useful. Thanks and we are looking forward to staying with you again.

Quinta da Graca is a lovely place to stay. I have been to Goa many times and have always stayed near the beach. Felt like staying a bit away in a quite neighborhood and see an actual Goan village. So we decided for a homestay and I am very impressed with our decision to stay at Savio and Audrey's home. They are lovely and hard working couple which makes the stay extra special. You truly get the feeling of a home stay away from home. Cleanliness and the home is just perfect. I got to learn a lot from them and wish them good for the future. Thankyou Savio and Audrey for a wonderful stay and look forward to see you again.

My Husband and I stayed for three nights earlier this month at Quinta da Graca during our long overdue Goa vacation. Though, from what I had gathered from reading the reviews and from the pictures on the internet, I knew what to expect of the place, I can happily claim that it certainly far exceeded our expectations in almost all aspects. The house which is a beautiful Portugese villa, is perfectly located, not far from the milling crowds but with just the kind of peace and tranquillity we city folks seek. It has all the amenities one needs and is maintained beyond the levels of most hotels. The cleanliness of the rooms and the toilets was something that struck me as soon as we checked in. We were happy to come back to our room after our trips to Old Goa and the lovely beaches to find it absolutely clean, beds made up, and much to our embarrassment, even our clothes neatly folded or hung in the cupboards. Although, the place offers no meals except a breakfast, it has lots of cheap eating joints in the vicinity and the owners are happy to recommend places where one can enjoy local flavours. Savio and Audrey are very passionate about running the place, and do almost everything by themselves. So expect no help with your luggage or other random stuff. For us at least, it was much like being at home and one of the best parts of our stay was the long conversations we had with them every morning. At, Quinta da Graca, we saw Goa in a completely different light and we’re quite sure, it’s a place we’d definitely like to go back to.

This was a really good stay in Saligoa, good room and wonderful host in Savio. He kindly showed me around his home which was very interesting. We had home delivery evening meal from a local restaurant in our room. The breakfast was first class and the location very quiet. This property is a few kilometres from the beach so felt like we were out in real Goa. Only one night here but would love to return for a longer relaxing stay.

Room Tip: Our room was two storey with balcony - nice room

An old Portugal villa, very well maintained by the owners. They have 4 to 5 rooms which they let out. Clean and neat rooms. The surrounding is very green and peaceful. away from the hussel bussel of the city. The romms come with breakfast. It is an homestay. A 10 mins drive to the beaches of Calangute, Bahga, Canndolium. Local buses ply but having your own vehicle is convenient. Lunch and dinner to be eaten out.. I and my family and friends enjoyed our stay there.

Was a pleasure having you and your friends with us.We are glad that you and your friends could chill out here and enjoy the peace and quiet disturbed only by the chirping of the birds as you guys told me.
You were really adventurous to try the local buses, it can be a great cultural journey if one is up to it.
Thank you and would love to have you with us again soon.

I've been travelling India with 2 friends from Chicago, and so far we've had a blast! But I wanted to point out a few "extra-special" places that we saw along the way. Quinta da Graça was definitely one of them.

The hosts are so friendly, it almost seemed like we were visiting family. Savio has the most interesting stories to share about Goa's history and culture. We were quite impressed by his knowledge of the place and his love for art (yes, others have said it before, but his antique collection is definitely worth the visit!!) Audrey is a wonderful cook. Thinking of her classic Spanish omelette is the only reason I got out of that cozy bed every morning.

The rooms are quite spacious, well decorated and have old style furniture. The bathrooms here are cleaner than most hotels I stayed at, while, the linen and towels are changed frequently.

The garden surrounding the house is gorgeous. They even have a moat! Parking is free and rented scooters are the easiest way to get around here. Savio took the trouble of arranging for them on our behalf.

All in all, I'd give this place a 10/10, just because of the effort taken by Savio and Audrey to make us feel so welcome. More than a holiday, we made three friends in paradise! (I've taken the liberty of including their puppy Soraya!)

Room Tip: We stayed at Amora, which is the master bedroom of the house. I can honestly say, that is has the be...
