just spent two nights here - first ever visit to a premier inn, exceeded expectations - especialy at the price. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, v v nice friendly staff, and even the beefeater was fine (also first ever visit). Continental breakfast good value - even had good coffee! is outside town centre but on direct bus route - and town centre can be packed and noisy at weekends so being outside has benefits!

For the second year running, we stayed in this Premier Inn during a few days' visit to Cambridge. It has the merit of car parking, with easy bus access to the city centre. Since last year, there have been significant improvements, including a huge flat screen TV on the wall and new carpets. It's a smallish Premier Inn, and has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - one remembered our relatively brief stay last year! I would recommend it highly.

This Inn was apleasure to stay at, especialy after a long trip from NZ. Staff very helpfull and always ready to go the extra mile, even helped with our laundry.
Very good place to stay, easy on the pocket, only thing needed was inroom phone.

Stayed for 2 nights here during a business trip. The hotel is fairly new and is kept in a very clean and well presented condition. I ate one night at the Beefeater restaurant attached and that was very nice. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only comment was I thought that it was rather pricey for a 'Premier Inn'- nearly £200 for 2 nights (though that did include continental breakfast and WiFi)- esp as there was posters inside the hotel advertising £29/night rooms- incidentally my room was booked back in Feb so its not like it was expensive because I had not booked in advance. The WiFi is free for 30 mins and then £3/24h, but is incredibly slow. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, and its very difficult to do a right turn out of the hotel as its on a busy main road, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Room Tip: I had an upstairs room- didn't hear any noise other than the rubbish truck in the morning which had a reversing warning sound.

Good range of services for a budget hotel. Staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good quality and good value.
Sound proofing was poor we could hear a normal level of conversation in the next room.
