We stayed at Arabella's for a few nights. Our room had access to semi-private patio with pool, fire-pit & hammocks. The are by the fire-pit was always full if people. So it looked nice from aside but we didn't get to experience it. The stuff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The included breakfast offered a big variety of choices & was delicious. The hotel is situated in a great & convenient location close to Uptown.

We are staying from 8-28-17 - 9-1-17 very friendly great place to stay. Would definitely come back good hot breakfast was a plus. We traveled from Wisconsin flying out of Rockford IL into Mesa. Sedona is such a beautiful area. The staff here at the hotel were always asking if you needed anything. Great pool hot tubs very clean and well maintained.

Booking.com made our booking and between the hotel and the company i would never use either of them again.

Requests were ignored - simple interconnecting requests were not even read on the booking forms. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy and also quiet which was nice, however we paid extra for a trail view room The views mainly consisted of the view of the car park and the peak of the mountains which was a shame.

Breakfast buffet was well provisioned however eating of paper plates was not ideal. Paper plates, cutlery etc are the norm.

Customer care on check out was appalling. When i had queried the bill as Bookings.com had confirmed a total different price to my confirmation, the receptionist was extremely rude.

On my return i was asked for feedback which i gave and did not receive a response. Hence for now posting, as i think my feedback is valid.

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Our room was fantastic (other than we did have an AC issue one night). We did have a Trail Head room, which I think might be a little larger than the standard and has a more private patio than the courtyard rooms. I wish breakfast was a little better (variety would be nice), but overall excellent. Good location. Sunset trail viewing nice touch.

Room tip: Trailhead way to go. Sink is part of main room, toilet/tub separate.

Wonderful visit to a lovely town. We were in the main building, second floor. Clean, friendly, central location at the right price. Two pools and a neat place to watch the sunset and red rocks. Spent one night in August on the way to the Grand Canyon.
