Beautiful views nice staff great city. The pool was so wonderful at night even though it was chilly February 19-22 when we were there. The hotel brought us wine and a sweet card that they hand wrote for our anniversary. THe mini hiking trail is fun and there's 2 bonfire pits on the grounds. There is also a couple hammocks that I am sad I forgot to to get to! :0) Next time!! We paid $527 for a Trailhead King room for Sat Sun Mon and checking out Tuesday. It was a good value. Free breakfast every morning was pretty good.

Room tip: Maybe touch up the balconies they are kind of worn and could be a great space if utilized

We stayed in the larger building and could walk directly to the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating area with fire pits. Although the evenings were chilly, we enjoyed the hot tub every night. There is a short path above the Hotel where you can walk up and capture stunning photos of the mountains as the sun goes down or during the day.

Centrally located. Walking distant to shops and hiking. Heated pool and great complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff and locals. Room was small with limited furniture but TV was a good size. Pet friendly

The bed was wrapped in plastic and we could feel it through the sheets! We were there at 2 and were asked to leave a number for someone to call us. No one did. We showed up and the woman behind the desk put us in the worst room in the whole complex! The floor above us creaked all night under the person that paced the floors innocently! The breakfast was awful!

The main building of the Arabella, where you first walk in, is very pretty. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room struck me as a bit small, and had a double bed rather than a queen. The shower was also quite small. Breakfast was your regular underwhelming continental fare. My local friends said Elote Cafe was delicious, and I guess I expected the breakfast to live up to that review! But a free breakfast is a free breakfast! The pool/hot tub area looked beautiful - too bad it was rainy during our time there. Overall a solid hotel for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry you felt our rooms and shower are on the small side. The next time you visit, I suggest booking a single Queen or King. You will find that more to your liking.

A note on Elote Café: Elote is a dinner-only restaurant on property. Chef Jeff is currently a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Southwest award. Our breakfast is a complimentary hot breakfast that is not connected with Elote. We have eggs, a waffle maker, cold and hot cereal, and various breakfast meats.

We hope you'll visit again soon.
