If you are looking for 5 star accommodations, nestled in the most gorgeous scenery, no matter what time of year, The Enchantment Resort is the place for you! It is the perfect place for a wedding or honeymoon, the romantic anniversary present or just a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle. This hidden gem located in Boynton Canyon has everything you can imagine and then more. With the Mii Amo Spa, one of the top ten in the world. I can suggest a day just in the spa, luxury at its finest. You will feel refreshed, relaxed and wonderful. The newly decorated casitas are in beautiful western designs, they are roomy, comfortable and private. The family casitas are perfect. In the morning you are treated to orange juice and a local paper. As you make your coffee you can look out into a wilderness full of deer, who love to visit, tiny lizards lovely birds and many more indigenous creatures. Bring your camera. Breakfast is only difficult because of the fantastic, numerous and tasty choices. During your days, you can lay by one of the many pools on the property, or take a nature walk, play tennis, golf, take a balloon ride, try a tour on horseback... or just sit on the terrace and enjoy the most delicious black bean soup in the U.S. If you are interested in the many spiritual aspects in the area, you only need to inquire at the event desk where they can help you connect with Native Indian Guides who can show you the most sacred sites. A short 15 minute drive takes you to the town of Sedona, and Oak Creek both are worth a good long look. There are so many small boutiques and shops you could spend two days just checking things out. Don't forget to take a walk along Oak Creek it is breathtaking especially during autumn when the leaves change or after the first snow, spring time with the myriad of wild flowers and in the summer, so refreshing. From the Enchantment you can book tours to The Grand Canyon and other National Parks in the area. What can I say but paradise found.

Room Tip: All of the casitas are lovely, I have stayed close to the front desk, which was very convenient, als...

This is our sixth or seventh stay at The Enchantment since 1990 and it will forever be one of our favorite resorts and we've seen many changes over he years. The newest renovations are absolutely beautiful updating the rooms and bathrooms without changing the original charm of the casitas and making more room for dining and relaxing. The Mii Amo spa is world class and a great addition to the already breathtaking Enchantment. The service is excellent and the surroundings beyond compare. The breakfast every morning is really something to look forward to and drinks in the 180 room is cozy and inviting. The only place to stay in Sedona for us!

Enchantment Resort was relaxing and lovely in every way, AND made staying in Sedona on an uncharacteristically cold and rainy weekend perfection.

When we arrived on a recent gloomy Saturday to Sedona, we were a little apprehensive if it would be such a great trip in the rain. All worries vanished the second we arrived at the resort, which is tucked into a breathtaking canyon --we instantly felt like we were somewhere special. The main building's lounges were welcoming, quiet and cozy with their beautiful decor and roaring mesquite fireplaces. On a few occasions we ordered tea by the fire in the main clubhouse and felt right at home, and throughout our stay the atmosphere was equally romantic and private whether we were in the common areas or in our room.

Our casita queen room at the end of the grounds felt secluded and intimate: the fireplace was a treat, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, the robes and slippers lovely... and on and on. And I also have to mention the morning OJ delivered to the door. Some of the best of my life!

The spa was extremely relaxing as well. I took advantage of the prenatal massage, and my husband and I really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Wish we were still there!

Lastly, the grounds are gorgeous. When the rain finally dried at the end of our stay, we took the Boynton Canyon hike which starts on the property. A great hike, and such an amazing amenity to have on top of everything else!

Room Tip: Casita 144 at the end of the resort feels romantic and secluded --but is still easily accessible.

We enjoyed a wonderful night here in January. Enjoyed a very warm welcome and found the resort to be warm and relaxing as well as a step above many other place. Tucked into a box canyon, it truly feels like a retreat. We had rain, but did not mind at all as we enjoyed waterfalls cascading down the red rocks, the fireplace in our Jr. Suite and the indoor Mi Amo Spa that is fully included as part of the resort fee. While other places of this caliber nickel and dime a customer with extra fees for fitness classes or activities, this place does it right....all included.

There is a lovely, although small, indoor pool in a room with many comfortable seating options and a fireplace; really lovely in the winter! There is also a nicely heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi that we enjoyed. Steam rooms, indoor jacuzzi in men/women lounges, meditation room, library, fitness room, and cafe where you can eat in your robe complete the picture here.

We ate at all three restaurants on property, and although pricy, excellent food in all three! Despite the high prices for food, they are not stingy....servings are plenty, and we received extras during the dining experience, including complimentary appetizer, free coffee and tea at Mi Amo, and when we had a hard time deciding between desserts, they brought a free sample of our second choice. Nice touch!

Understand that the property is spread out and the suites line the valley, so one is walking outside a lot. We liked this and they will pick you up in a golf cart if desired. Our Jr. Suite was nice and had a big tub and roomy bathroom, fireplace and little deck. The setting is spectacular and on clear nights great views of the stars. Very quiet for sleeping. Comfortable bed. Close to some excellent hiking (we are from the area and know the hiking trails here well).

The only criticism is that there are a few areas in housekeeping that need attention; our room was generally clean, but could have been better. There was a ring around the tub not scrubbed, found hair from the staff more than once, one of the dressers had a damaged top and needs replacing, and the tub needs to be caulked again.

A request: fell in love with the dinnerware at Ti Gavo and found the supplier, but they only sell to large buyers. It would be great if you would purchase extra and sell in the gift shop or otherwise make available for purchase. The person in the gift shop said that people ask all the time about it!

Room Tip: We liked our Jr Suite option. It was on an end and provided more room. Fireplace was great in winte...

This is my 4th time at Enchantment Resort and I swear every time it gets better. The arrival experience was next to none. Scott was an excellent bellman. The service here is in the upper echelons of anywhere in the world. You can always expect a smile and salutation from every one that works there. The renovations are AMAZING. Bravo! Che-AH-CHI is hands down one of the best fine dining experiences in AZ. Chef Schmidt and his team are nothing short of brilliant. If you want romance, incredible scenery, stellar food and impeccable service then this is the place for you!

We have stayed at Enchantment Resort every year for six years and although there have been some bumps in the road it it still my favourite hotel in the world.

We either stay in a one bedroom casita suite or a one bedroom casa and both have their merits. The one bedroom casita suite has the advantage of the additional bathroom whilst the casa suite has its own sheltered parking space and a full kitchen. Both accommodations have a very high standard of finish and are well appointed, the beds are huge and very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Nit picks would be the sliding door arrangment in the bathrooms that can be difficult to negiotiate during the night and the sticking out metal frame on the bed that has caused many a bruise.

This year we noticed a change in the cusine, our beloved tri-colour Nachos has gone from the menu and when the kitchen tried to replicate we were presented with a bizzare concoction involving radishes! Also the two times we ordered room service the food was cold despite us being very close to the clubhouse (Casita 129/229). The breakfasts in the main restauarant were excellent and the service most attentive.

We go to Sedona to Hike and Relax and despite the occassional nit-pick we believe Enchantment Resort is the best place for us.

Sedona area with the famous fantastic vortexes is beautiful and inspiring.
The red mountains, the Vortexes and the Enchentment resort..
We choose to stay in the Enchantment resort as it is located actually in a vortex .
The resort is designed i such a way that merges with the outstanding nature around.
The most significant service for us was the excellent tips where/what/when to do..
The best one was to take a tour with a very special woman by the name of FEATHER!! .
She learned our wishes , we climbed up with her to 2 vortexes ,she explained the background , history [whatever we were interested , she knew..],made a special ceremony demonstrating
the local Indian tradition, special meditaion ended by a very suprising flute playing and more.

Room Tip: all rooms are good as they are spread all over the area ,[2 rooms , space and so on ] and not like...
