We stayed at the Cozy Cactus for two nights during our recent holiday to the USA and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was lovely with lots of personal touches that made it like a home from home. The patio is a wonderful haven for wildlife with rabbits, quails and hummingbirds as well as the occasional Javelina making an appearance - all this and views to die for! Carrie and Mark treat their guests like visiting friends and could not have been more welcoming - not to mention the wonderful breakfast full of homemade goodies. We would not hesitate in recommending Cozy Cactus to friends and family.

This is a WAY-WAY-WAY PAST DUE BIG THANK YOU for taking the time to share your “cozy experience” with potential future “Cozies”. We are having an amazing year, and as it is just the two of us, it seems that there are just not enough hours in the day to do everything we want…like write personal responses. However, we wanted to say thank you and we know that you know that even if this is a “generic” thank you, we know that you know it comes from the heart and we can’t wait for your return. Hugs, Hugs, and yes Tequila toe kisses. Carrie, Mark and woof – Tequila our rescue Goddess!

Wonderful location, back patio overlooks Bell Rock and is a great place to hang out. Comfortable rooms. Delicious three course breakfasts in the morning, we couldn't even think about eating again till almost dinner time! Mark and Carrie couldn't have been more helpful, all their recommendations about restaurants were spot on, and they gave us great advice about what to do in Sedona. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip back, and Sedona is for sure a place you will want to return to.

Thank you Carrie and Mark for having us at your lovely B&B. We had such a wonderful stay.
Cozy Cactus is perfectly located right on the edge of the national park with amazing views across to bells rock and across beautiful vistas over the canyon.
We had a very comfortable stay. Carrie and Mark were very helpful with finding places to see and great restaurants to try (cucina rustica is an absolute must!!!!) and their breakfast was just delicious. Thanks for the best huevos rancheros ever!
We only wished we could have stayed longer but we will be back again be day.
Highly recommended.

This was my first time in sedona, what made the trip so special was our stay at the cozy cactus inn.
The backyard is a taste of heaven! birds, including quail, hummingbirds and doves, as well as rabbits, lizards, flowering cactus, and sounds of nature.
We had a special viewing of several tiny baby quail following their mom to the birdbath! Everything is up close and personal, just beautiful!
Bell Rock is also right in the backyard, just stunning to sit and view as your having your morning coffee.
Breakfast was delicious!!! the best french toast I ever had, banana chip muffins to die for, yogurt fruit parfaits, ( that I now HAVE to serve to my husband)

Our room was cozy and went above and beyond what we needed, soft towels, soft and comfy bed, cozy robes to use, coffee maker, wine glasses, fridge, and yummy trail mix with m&m's.

Mark and Carrie were the perfect hosts, warm, friendly, and down to earth, making us feel comfortable and offering great tips and suggestions.

We had a great hike up cathedral rock, and booked the pink jeep tour, with horseback riding combo at foxboro ranch. We loved this, and it was a standout of our trip!! a real working ranch, with gorgeous scenery and great people!
We even took a flashlight and went for a "full moon" walk at bell rock one night, a suggestion from Mark.

I would highly recommend the cozy cactus!!!

Stayed at the Cozy Cactus for 5 days while enjoying my wife's annual vacation. Booked here based mainly on Trip Advisor reviews, and once again the previous reviews proved accurate. Mark and Carrie were amazing hosts, even going so far as to join us for a round of golf at the magnificent Seven Canyons. Our room was perfect for our 5 night stay, clean and functional. I must say the views from the patio are some of the most amazing Ive ever had from a lodging venue....enjoying a cup of coffee with unobstructed views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Rock, while dozens of quail, hummingbirds, and rabbits were at the feeders 10 feet away was a nice way to start each day. And the breakfasts....we stay B&B often when travelling, and have had some great breakfasts over the years, and I will say Carrie and Mark's were top 3 we/ve ever had.....they were absolutely incredible each and every day....when visiting Sedona, stay here!!!!

Room Tip: The less expensive rooms dont have the views, but your time at the Inn will be spent on the large patio anyway, which has all the views. Save the bucks and spend your time on the free patio each day.....
