Excellent stay,been there twice. rooms are very clean, beds are great.Hotel is close to trails & the scenery is super.Can't go wrong with a stay at the Bell Rock Inn some shopping is close by as well as a market & bank.Lobby does need upgrade but since you only see it when you check in & check out...who cares!As for the timeshare offer from staff I just ignored it,staff was good & helpful otherwise one thing to keep in mind is ALL places that have tourist coming & going will push a hotel timeshare it's to be expected & the only way to avoid it would be to stay home!Sedona is a beautiful town been there many times & my wife & I have not grown tired of it.Our stays at the Bell Rock Inn have been very pleasant have told friends about it & plan on going back...for the money it can't be beat.

Room Tip: all rooms are great.deluxe studio is fine for a couple to stay in.

My family stayed in the Bell Rock Inn in Sedona and it was great. We saw some reviews on Trip Advisor about the hotel staff pushing the hotel timeshare onto guests. We had no issues of this and the staff was great. The room was very large and we had a full kitchen which was nice. The pool was nice and the location was great. We enjoyed the balcony which overlooked the red rocks. I would recommend to fellow travelers to stay at the Bell Rock Inn.

Before I arrived for our special weekend in Sedona, AZ, I check the ratings for the Bell Rock Inn and i decided yes....I am going to give it a try. The range of comments were excellent to no so good... My I consider myself, fair and objective.... First impression, lobby tacky.... but we were warmly greeted by the staff. Ok, great! We waited a bit in line as others were in front of us. There was some type of mix up with rooms. So, I am finally able to check-in, but was told the room is not ready yet and that it would be 30 minutes before it would be ready and we would be notified by cell when the room was ready. Well we waited and waited....more than an hour. I got back in the long line and was then able to check-in. OK....yay...we have a room! We get to the room, I do my pre-room check 1) Linens clean, bathroom clean, but tile has a stain...should I be concerned :o. Room has a slight funky smell :00. Room is oddly configured, but for one night its ok. Overall experience: Not impressed. Would I purchase a vacation timeshare, as so eagerly offered during the check-in processes.......no way...not even a slight maybe.

We spent 2 wonderful nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We had problems booking thru the Diamond Resorts groupon special so we contacted the Inn directly. Chasity Austill (front desk agent) took over from there. She gets an A+ for customer service! Our unit was recently updated, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be returning to this Inn!

Our toilet was clogged multiple times through normal usage. They should either repair their toilets or provide plungers with the room. Our shower was awful. The shower curtain kept blowing in while trying to take a shower so much that it made taking a shower a nuisance rather than relaxing. The tv faces the kitchen rather than either the bed or the couch. Didn't see the sense in that. When we checked in we skipped talking to the concierge for our free gift by saying we would come back for it. When we didn't come back for it we had quite a few calls in our room that I can only assume was the concierge trying to get us to go to the time share presentation. It was a but much when they were calling two or three times in a row even when we didn't answer the first one. When we booked with diamond resorts for our complimentary two night stay I asked if pets were allowed and they said no, but when we checked in it clearly said pet friendly. Not sure how I feel about the rep with diamond resorts either lying to me or being too lazy to find out. Lets just say I wouldn't stay here again even if it was a complimentary stay.

Please accept our sincere apology for your unpleasant stay here. We strive to ensure our guests experience the best visits possible during their travels and we fell short of our goal this time. We take every complaint seriously, and have begun taking the appropriate steps to correct the issues described by you. We do have low flow toilets which are being replaced on an ongoing basis. While the low flow toilets were meant to conserve, multiple flushing does eliminate the purpose of them as well adds the inconvenience of plunging at times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Continuing the effort to improve resort quality, we are also in the process of replacing all televisions for the entire resort to flat screens with wall mounts that pivot. That project is currently in process and ongoing throughout the property. As we our primarily a Vacation Ownership property, we do offer incentives to our guests to attend an approximately 90 minute sales presentation to see if they are interested in purchasing ownership interest with Diamond Resorts. Our friendly concierge does make follow up calls to our guests that may have expressed interest in attending. The volume of calls generated by the concierge is 2 follow up calls per stay. Our front desk also does a guest care follow up call within an hour of check-in to ensure that the guestroom accommodations are to your satisfaction. In all of these cases, if the calls are generated by front desk or concierge they leave messages on the voicemail. We regret hearing that you were disturbed by our attempts to contact you. The number of rooms that are designated as pet friendly is limited; as such, their availability is reserved for our interest Owners and Members per our Home Owners Associations privilege agreement. We are very disappointed that this has marred your stay. Your business with us is appreciated and we wish you the best on all your future travels.

Recently stayed here for two nights while vacationing in Sedona. Service at front desk was excellent including information on surrounding areas as well as Flagstaff which we were going to next. Room was recently renovated so it was clean and pleasant, however, we were suppose to get a "deluxe studio" and we found the room a bit smaller than expected, but that was not an issue as we spent very little time in the room. We loved the area it was located in. Every morning we walked to trails that led up to Bell Rock which was a glorious way to start the day!! The trail was easy and basically flat to navigate. Also there was no traffic in this part of Sedona yet convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. There was an outdoor pool and hot tub which appeared clean, but we did not use them. There was a small frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room. This is a Diamond Resort Timeshare, but we were not pressured into their presentation when told we were not interested. We would stay here again in the future.

Clean--newly-renovated---great scenery--15 minutes from uptown Sedona---stayed in studio which had large frig/microwave/stove/dishwasher-----very reasonably-priced---600 for the week---only drawback is be prepared for Diamond timeshare push.But there is no obligation to attend ---if u do and it extends past the 90 minutes--u will b given some reward incentive
