For my short get-a-ways, I normally stay at Adobe Grand Villas, but thought I would give the Lodge a chance. Although it looked gorgeous from the website, it did not live up to it's potential. Thankfully, I booked into a King Suite which did have a nice patio area, the room was still pretty small. There was no shower pressure and NO temperature regulation as I first got scalded by hot water and then hit with cold. The staff just did not seem very happy and the area with the Teepee and labarinth was unkept with weeds all over. The breakfast was very good though. I sure do hope the owners of this property realize that they are missing the boat. Thanfully, I did not pay the full price of $279 per night as I received a 30% discount for last minute get-a-way.
