My friends, one from Chicago and one from New York City, decided on a girlfriends weekend in late August. I found Canyon Villas on the internet and called and they had a great room for the three of us, complete with a gourmet breakfast. We were met by Debbie who showed us through the B&B and took us to our room...what a delight to see the red rocks so close you could almost touch them!!! It was time for the delicous hors d'oeuvre they make fresh each evening. Les and Peg have made their home into an enchanting B&B for everyone to enjoy. We were treated like treasured guests and family during our stay. We will book here the next time we're in Sedona.

I had the pleasure and honor of celebrating my birthday at Canyon Villa. Upon arrival we were greeted by Les, the co-owner, who helped my family with our luggage and gave us a personalized tour and the assurance that the staff was there to assist us in any way they could. The Inn has the look and feel of a large, beautiful home. Since there are just 10 rooms, the staff treated us like their family. In our room was a personal note from the owners to welcome us. The room was luxurious with a spa, a fireplace and a glorious English garden style patio overlooking the red rocks of Sedona. Even the small details were perfect, such as the soaps, creams and spa supplies which smelled like heaven; and the towels and sheets were soft beyond compare. From the patio we could enjoy the scenery, and we were treated to the sound of a water fall and to sights of butterflies and cardinals. The food at the Inn was beyond compare, elegantly presented and delicious. The cook came out to greet us one morning. We became fast friends with the staff and the other guests. It was a birthday I shall never forget, and my family would recommend the experience to anyone and everyone.

First if you have even been worried about staying in a bed and breakfast because they lack privacy think no more. This little gem has the feel of a cozy beautiful hotel with the bed and breakfast advantages. We loved everything about Canyon Villa. Les and Peg as well as all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the 5:00 appetizers were yummy. Each day we changed our dinner reservation to a later time because we could not pull ourselves away from the pool and it's amazing view. One entire day we had the pool all to ourselves. I travel a lot and use tripadvisor for great finds and this was one of the best stays I have ever had. If you want a wonderful place to relax with an incredible view look no more and don't spend hours like I did. We stayed in the agave room with limited view and it was fine for us since we stayed at the pool til the sun went down. There are trails within walking distance for a morning hike and coffee is ready by 7:00 when you return. Thanks Les and Peg. Can't wait to return! Regards, Sherry and Richard

In 2006, we planned to visit Sedona and then had to postpone our trip. Finally, in June we were able to reschedule and make the trip from Tucson to Sedona on August 13. Les and Peg were so wonderful in making this happen!
Upon arrival, we were met by Peg and given a brief tour of the Inn and the facilities. She was professional and gracious and we felt "very taken care of" immediately. Our room was clean, private, and the views were more wonderful than the photos. We loved having a carafe of ice water outside our door each day. If you take time to inquire about its source you will be surprised. Management is unobtrusive, friendly, polite and accomodating ~ the perfect balance of service and solitude. On our first evening in Sedona, we sat on the balcony outside of our room (during a monsoon rain storm) and enjoyed a glass of iced tea. Very private! We were surrounded by the forces of nature in a secure environment.
Peg made arrangements for a birthday floral bouquet to be waiting for me in the room on my birthday. The flowers were beautiful.
If you want to see & experience the best of Sedona without enduring the usual crowded tours, Mike Krajnak of Southwest Outside Adventures is THE guide to contact. He is extremely knowledgable & hospitable. You won't forget your experience!
Peg & Les can arrange an early breakfast for you on the day of your excursion.
This is the perfect place to stay if you desire privacy, relaxation, spacious rooms and serenity, all in a breathtaking natural setting. We look forward to our return!

Our stay in Sedona was short, but it was made extra special with our stay at Canyon Villas. The staff was wonderful; the food was excellent; and the views were spectacular. I'd return again.
