After driving through fantastic scenery we were made welcome from the start. there was a tour of the inn and detailed explantions about the room and communal areas. The service here is like a 7 star hotel. There is always chilled water and snacks available, comfy areas to sit after a strenuous walk and relaxing loungers by the pool. Breakfast is like a dinner party shared with other guests and 'waitress' service. The breakfast is so good ther is no need to eat lunch.
Restaurant reservations were made for us locally to save driving around at night.
There is a fantastic walk around Courthouse Butte from the inn, takes about 3 hours. I loved waking up to the view of Bell rock. I cannot find anything negative about our stay.

My wife and I had planned to stay 3 nights at Canyon Villa but because of the Government shutdown, we were able to call and extend 2 more nights here for a total of 5 nights. That was the best decision we could have made!

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Breakfast every day was wonderful. Les helped us plan daily trips to the local area as well as the Grand Canyon. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to visit the Sedona, AZ area. It is well worth it!

AWESOME! Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona is awesome in every way. The location is amazing with an intimate view of the wonderful red rocks. Our room was sunny, well-decorated, and so comfortable with snuggy robes and other extras. The service and friendliness of the owners and staff were personal and the attention to detail was stunning. The breakfast was gourmet. The evening appetizers and night time cookies completed our perfect days. This is one of finest places we have ever stayed! And yes, the cinnamon rolls were excellent!

Room Tip: Use the inn's website to see accurate photos and videos of each room.

What a fantastic experience!! Canyon Villa exceeded even all it's wonderful reviews. Never did we have a finer stay at a B&B!! The location, the ambience, the friendly atmosphere, the smiling faces of the innkeepers and their staff, the dee-licious breakfasts - all combined to make our 60th wedding anniversary a truly memorable event. I have one comment that I am very surprised hasn't been made before...the breakfasts, besides being excellent, were also the PRETTIEST we've ever been privileged to eat. From the rosette butters to the artfully arranged garnishes to the beautifully presented food itself, iI can truly be said that the Canyon Villa breakfasts were out of this world. Thanks for a fabulous time!!!

Yes, it is true that the cinnamon rolls are amazing. And yes, the rooms are lovely and the staff are incredibly helpful. All of these things exceeded our expectations, but one thing we didn't know about the location (having never been to this area before) was how well placed this gem of an Inn was in Sedona. It is literally just steps away from a series of tranquil hikes. We preferred to be a few miles away from the more congested areas (especially since we were there during the October shutdown of the Federal government, so there was a surge in vistors who'd planned to see the Grand Canyon but couldn't).

Room Tip: If you are looking for that rare room with two single beds (think mother/daughter trip), the Agave r...

The hosts are wonderful- they obviously care about their guests. It is in Oak Creek- a nice village south of Sedona- and I could see beautiful red rocks from my bed. All of the other guests we met very very friendly, and in the early evening we often sat out by the poolside fireplace until it got too cold.

Room Tip: We had a corner room with two windows.
