What a lovely inn! Very accommodating and helpful! We were given a special rate for two rooms because our adult son was traveling with us. It was truly a pleasure and treat. The breakfast was absolutely
wonderful! When we return to Sedona, Canyon Villa will be where we will stay.

Room Tip: Any room would be a restful choice!

This inn is a delight! The rooms are beautiful, the owners and staff are very friendly, the views are gorgeous, the breakfasts superb (especially the cinnamon rolls!), a fireplace always lit in the dining room with soft piano music, late afternoon appetizers, cookies in the evening, and a nice quiet location (walk across the street to Bell rock and Courthouse rock!). What more could you want?

Room Tip: It was not easy to chose a room because they all looked so nice and they all have great views except for two that have limited views. We chose The Strawberry Cactus room for the upstairs corner location with windows and views on two sides.

Canyon Villa has some great views from the rooms. While laying in bed, we had a framed picture of Bell Rock though the patio doors. The Inn is outside of the main tourist area of Sedona which I appreciated greatly. There are a few restaurants convenient so it is no problem but you avoid much of the trappings found in the main area of town.

The breakfast was great.

Canyon Villa is a wonderful small Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and the common area was a warm friendly room where guests could meet. The staff was very helpful recommending good places to hike and restaurants in the area. The pre-arrival email was also very helpful to plan the trip. I will definitely return to stay at Canyon Villa.

My friend and I stayed at Canyon Villa B&B in January 2013. The establishment is very clean, with the most beautiful views of Bel Rock. We chose the Manzanita room for its view and double sink. The food was very good, and the staff is just wonderful. It's a quiet and relaxing place. You can expect to encounter mostly older couples from relatively affluent backgrounds. The premises are kept private. If you are an early riser, you'll find that the hot coffee is piping by 6:30 am and the fireplace has a burning log or two by no later than 7:00 am. Because the inn has only eight rooms, there is always a quiet corner in which to take advantage of the owners' library. They are very personable (but not nosy), providing access to their collection of DVDs, novels and art books. Don't expect expensive products in the room, but the bed is comfortable, tempurpedic pillows are provided plus additional blankets, and the evening tea is elegant and plentiful. Book a room and enjoy - you'll be pleased you did.

Room Tip: Manzanita if you want a double sink and an unbeatable view.
