Ok, while visiting Sedona the last 3 days, my wife and I got a little rest and decided not to get dressed to go out, went and ordered to go, wow food in less than 10 minutes, not just any food, wow what a treat, so the next night we decided to go in person and sit and enjoy, again what a treat. Nice friendly, atmosphere quality food and superior service. They just really know how to take care of a customer. Thank you folks, see ya next time were intown.

The food was what we would expect of a Chinese restaurant. Eggplant was especially tasty - just wish the spicy was "more" spicy. Prices were reasonable and the service good.

rarely do I post a poor review, but this place deserves it. We like Chinese and eat it often. After several days of Mexican we wanted something different and so we decided to try this place after seeing some fair reviews. We arrived around 7pm and was seated quickly. The place was not full at all, should have been a sign of what was to come. We ordered a glass of wine each and then ordered our entrees. I got Orange Beef and my wife got Kung Pow. My orange beef had little to no orange taste at all and was not spicy at all. The beef was coated with flour and fried, but it was so heavily floured it was strange tasting and doughy. The Kung Pow was not great but just ok at best. A waiter came by, at one point, and asked if we were finished and there was still a lot of food on both plates. We thought that odd. We were never asked if we wanted another glass of wine and we rarely only drink one each, but it seemed they were anxious for us to leave, so we did. We were not impressed and would never suggest anyone try this place. Our waiter was not friendly, the lady hostess was not friendly and this was very opposite from all the other places we tried in Sedona.

Szechuan Chinese Japanese Restaurant serves both chinese dishes and sushi. GF had Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoon, and House Special Crispy Noodles, I had Miso Soup, Spicy Tuna Roll and Szechuan Roll (also spicy). The soups were good, but I've had better. Crab Rangoon was excellent, served piping hot with a dish of sweet sauce with a dollop of hot mustard in the sauce, a nice touch. The tuna roll was ordinary, but the Szechuan Roll (yellowtail, spicy tuna, spicy salmon) was superb! GFs Crispy Noodles were a little chewy for our tastes, but the dish had generous portions of steak, chicken and shrimp, and we didn't need the extra starch anyway. We had just gotten off a chilly Pink Jeep Tour, and the hot Jasmine Tea was a delight. Hatsumi was our server, and she was picture perfect. Don't let the rather pedestrian sign in front fool you, this is a great place to eat!
