We stayed in unit 41 at Las Posadas. Pros-clean, quiet, spacious uncluttered two-room suite, very comfortable bed, nice private hot tub on front (enclosed) patio, large shower and nice nonjacuzzi tub, two sinks in bathroom with lots of counter space, gas two-sided fireplace. Cons- no sink and not even a mirror outside of the bathroom, very small flame in the fireplace and it can't be adjusted to be bigger, no view from the hot tub and can't see nice red rocks from any window in the unit, kind of far (south) from Sedona, lots of road construction between Las Posadas and Sedona, the adjacent town closes up early at night.
