“Top 10 Most Beautiful Places”

The whole Sedona area is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Can't wait to go back. There is something for everyone to do from hiking to off reading to just sitting back and feeling blessed by the majestic beauty of it.

“Stunning”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

We stayed in the Village of Oak Creek for 4 days, not fully realizing that we would drive this amazing road at least twice a day as we made our way into and back out of Sedona. It is worth staying in the village for this ride alone.

It is an amazing spectacle at all hours of the day. Most of our favorite hikes are taken from the trailheads off this road. The road is well maintained and we experienced no difficulties with slow gawking drivers. The only (very slight) issue was with the USA drivers who are not familiar with the traffic roundabouts and often didn't indicate accordingly. Not a problem, we just took extra caution on them.

It is a natural wonder of the USA and not to be missed.

“Such a wonderful drive”

Wow! The most beautiful drive winding down from Sedona to Oak Creek Village. Each time we made the drive we had a different perspective of some of the monuments.

This is a beautiful road that curves its way through the Village of Oak Creek to Sedona. The natural beauty of nature is wide open to you as our ride along.

“One of the best drives anywhere in the country”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

In fact, I love this drive so much that I like staying down in Oak Creek area just so I have to drive it back and forth going into Sedona proper every day. Great views of many of the most famous landmarks (Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, etc.) combined with the beauty of the high desert. The hard part is keeping your eyes on the road to drive because you really just want to look at the scenery. Many places to pull over and take pics. You do need a parking pass to stop in any of the state park hiking areas, but I think many also sell them (sold many places so not hard to find a place to buy one!). It's a drive that's good for the soul - just calm and beautiful.
