We took the Red Rock Jeep tour and really enjoyed it. We went on the Ultimate tour which was combination of 2 tours. You get an opportunity to see go to areas not readily accessible with your own car (I would not recommend going on the trails in your own car even though some people do). Our driver, Dan, was fantastic. He's been doing it for some time and was very knowledgeable on the local history, geology, flora and fauna, not to mention very entertaining. Make sure you ask for Dan as your driver.

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour from Red Rock Jeep Tours. We went on the "Soldiers Pass Trail" tour. Our guide was Rocky who was very knowledgeable, polite, and funny. He drove the jeep up and down places I didn't think was possible. Rocky also had us laughing a lot on the tour. We look forward to a return visit another Red Rock Jeep tour.

Red Rock Western Jeep Tour at 270 N. Hwy 89A in Sedona, AZ. The group of us decided on their Soldiers Pass Trail which is 1.5 hrs long. It is a rugged and historic trail traveled by General George Crook during the Apache campaign in 1871-72. It was rugged over the red rocks but tons of laughs. The tour guide was Ken, very informative, great sense of humor and knowledgeable of the history of the land. The group decided that they would return next year and take one of their other tours. Also, they are going to request Ken again to take them on the tour. Hats Off to the Red Rock Western Jeep Tours! Well done.

We were traveling with a 14 year old and were not sure how he would like this tour. Our guide, Eric, knew just how to entertain him - trying to throw him from the jeep and teasing him along the way. It was the highlight of our trip to Sedona. It was sedate enough for parents and thrilling enough for a teenager!

The young man who was working the desk was more interested in what was going on outside in the street than in booking our tour. We had told him we wanted a fun tour and not all pavement. I asked what a vortex tour included and he made it sound like it was much more than what it was. We thought we were going to several sites and out of town. Don't waste your money!! After he quoted us a price and give him our credit card, we got a "oops - there has has been an increase in price." The tour was all pavement. We went to two vortex sites - both can be reached by car. One site was at one end of town and the other site at the other end of town. Also, we had to drive through town to a hotel to pick up and drop off other passengers. This was all part of the tour time.
