We stopped in for some appetizers/tapas and drinks for dinner one evening. The bar atmosphere is really nice. They have live entertainment each evening and the singer that night we were there was really good - I was expecting something more like a cheesy lounge singer, but was pleasantly surprised. The appetizers/tapas were really good also.

My only complaint was the bar service was definitely lacking. We usually sit at the bar because the service is often better, since the bartender is right there and can easily see if you need a refill on your drink. There were 3 bartenders the night we were there, which should have been more than adequate for the number of folks there, including the restaurant diners. The bartenders definitely were not overly busy, instead having plenty of time for stocking supplies or chatting with customers. The place is apparently somewhat of a local hangout place and therefore the bartenders knew most of the customers, and spent pretty much all of there free time out in the bar area chatting with the customers rather than paying much attention to those of us sitting at the bar. Our bartender only came and asked me if I wanted a refill once - all the other times that my husband or I wanted a drink or to order another tapas plate, we had to get her attention from whomever she was chatting with at the moment.

Reds was a disappointment. The food was ok, but the restaurant was empty and we got put at a table in the middle of the high traffic area. Service was not particularly attentive, but not bad.

We had several different meals here since we were staying at the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were outsanding. The service was even better. We even asked for a carry out at one point and the server was willing to "make up" a vegetarian plate for my daughter. Super place. You will be amazed had how affordable this hotel restaurant is.

Great breakfast! I had the deconstructed Eggs Benedict with chorizo and chiliquilas. It is a very unexpected combination and one that is very tasty.
