“Excellent fresh pasta”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

This place is very good, and the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because Elote is the best restaurant in the area (If you have to pick one, go to Elote. If you pick two, come here for pasta). Cucina Rustica has very good food, and they make their own fresh pasta daily (FYI only some of the pasta is made daily, so order accordingly. The penne for instance is not made fresh daily.)The dining room was a little loud, but the pasta is tasty, and worth a try. They also have a nice selection of wine. We sat inside because we were hungry, but they also have a very nice patio complete gas heaters and a guitarist. We will definitely return here when we come back to Sedona.

“Mixed thoughts”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

Food was fabulous and posh inside BUT have a reservation!!! We felt like we were irritating the girl at the front door by even being there without a reservation-waited about 35 min(not bad-on a Wednesday though) but definitely felt we were not too welcome. Moderate to slightly pricey but worth the meal and the time. JUST have a reservation

“Awful experience”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

Cucina Rustica has been one of our favorite places in Sedona for dinner until our awful experience four days ago when we were mistreated by a rude waiter who seemed to have some kind of prejudice against Spanish people, too bad for them! we won't come back.

“A "must do" in Sedona”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

As always, we had a great experience with wonderful food. I had Llsa's Luscious Lasagne that was made with an excellent spicy sausage. My wife had Pollo ala Rustica that had amazing flavors. We were not big fans of the dipping oil but the bread was great. Excellent way to end our stay in Sedona
