“Great meal.”
Reviewed August 30, 2013

My husband and I enjoyed our return visit to Troia's on our vacation in Sedona. We had been here last year twice and were glad to return. We both had the braised short ribs accompanied by creamy polenta and garlic sautéed broccoli. The meat was so tender that it melted in our mouths and the flavor was full and rich. The polenta was a bit runny for my taste but the flavor was quiet good. We both started the meal with a Caesar salad. The romaine was nice and crisp and the dressing was mild. I actually like a little more garlic and anchovy taste in my Caesar salad but this one was pretty good. We were too full for dessert on this visit but the last time we had the tiramisu which was rich and creamy.

The décor is very modern and the view of the red rocks out the front window is amazing. This is why folks come to Sedona so Troia's has an advantage with their big views. The kitchen is open so you can see your food being prepared. The staff is friendly and very efficient.

The menu features all the Italian specialties that you desire and the food is prepared to perfection. “Authentic cuisine and unsurpassed customer service”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

Troias is a GEM in Sedona. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and truly the best customer service and attention from the owners Rosanne and Sam. The pastas are wonderful and all the food is prepared with conscious intention and care. Most of the restaurants in Sedona are not worth the time or money. Troia's IS DEFINITELY worth it.

“A wonderful experience!!!!”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

Went here because we were staying right behind it with a group of 12. Despite the front office people talking poorly about this place, we decided to try it. How wrong Sedona Springs folks are... this place was wonderful. Great waitress makes for a great meal and we had a great one. The food was outstanding by itself. We ordered some apps... the eggplant was the best. We ordered a variety of main dishes and also a few bottles of wine. The owner/host was very friendly and made us feel like we were eating in his home. Don't pass this one by.............

“another fabulous dining experience at Troia's!”
Reviewed August 17, 2013

We took friends to dinner there last night and everyone was delighted with their meal. I had one of the specials, which was Balsamic Chicken over pasta with broccoli. Three words; DE LISH US!!! The guys loved the steak special too. Unfortunately we were too full for their wonderful desserts. I might have to go back tonight and just have dessert! As always, Rosanne Troia took care of us as though we were at her home. She''s fun! Thanks again, Troia's!!
