“Good Italian”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 22, 2013

We tried Troia's out of the many Italian places in Sedona. It was quiet and not crowded on a weekday night. We had a very friendly and helpful waiter. The three of us ordered spaghetti, chicken canneloni, and lasagna. The portions were generous and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.

“Great Discovery!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 21, 2013

On a recent girls's trip to Sedona, we just happened to stop at Troias. Some people were walking out, so we asked them how the food was, and they highly recommended it! The four of us went in, and we all ordered something different! I ordered the special beef steak dish with potatoes and broccoli. It was wonderful! Another friend ordered shrimp scampi, and she said it was really good! They use fresh ingredients, so it takes a while to get your food, but not too terribly long. Anyway, it was certainly worth the wait! This is really a great place to eat in Sedona!

Not only was the food wonderful, I liked that the tables were spaced so that we were not on top of each other, definitely would go back

“Great first dinner in Sedona”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2013

Our first night in Sedona, we checked Trip Advisor and even though it was late, gave Troia's a try. We were seated by on of the proprietors, who was friendly and welcoming. We made wine selections which she brought over quickly and then ordered dinner. The Eggplant cakes were wonderful, with a spicy dipping sauce. I had the arugula salad with beats and the delicious flavor of grapefruit. The classic ceasar salad, with real anchovies looked very good, and I was asured that it was. I had the veggie pizza with extra sun dried tomatoes. The crust was crispy, as I requested. The dinner in general was very good, and the service and ambiance was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

“Outstanding!...from a trio of picky diners.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 2, 2013 via mobile

We have been coming to Sedona for decades but have never found a restaurant to write home about...until now! Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and attentive, particularly Roseann(e) the owner who served us. If you like garlic, you must start with the roasted garlic bulb to spread on the yummy bread. We haven't had this since we left Chicago. The salad greens were fresh and the homemade blue cheese dressing was perfect. My daughter and I both loved the ravioli, mine with meat sauce, hers with marinara. My husband was equally impressed with the veal parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. We got dessert even though we were stuffed! That was good too, accompanied by piping hot espresso We will come back every time we are in Sedona.
