Description: Miley's Cafe is a huge favorite of the locals in Village of Oak Creek, as well as the host of many travelers who enjoy home cooking at a fair price. Our meals are prepared to order and we serve our famous breakfasts all day. We serve wine and beer and have vegetarian, gluten-free, and kids menus available. We feature Mexican/American cuisine and have been awarded the highest honor for cleanliness by the Health Dept. Every year we have been in business.

Some cafes in Sedona weren't open during Thanksgiving but this one was. And the chili verde with meat is so great and reasonably priced! I don't have much experience to say if it's authentic Mexican, but I'll take it! The server was very attentive as well.

We thought we would try this restaurant out based on another trip advisor review and Miley's did not disappoint. The restaurant was very clean, in fact after each table left the staff cleaned every condiment bottle and salt/pepper shaker etc. on the table. I asked if she did that after each party and received a "Yes". I can only say WOW!!

The staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of their large menu. The manager/owner was there asking if everything was good as well.

Locals recommended Miley's for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Menu suggests it could be good for any time of the day.

Had a great meal and plenty of it for the price. The challenge was the hike after it!

Miley's was on our short list of recommended restaurants to try out for breakfast, and it did not disappoint us at all. Great, friendly service, food was definitely good, atmosphere was more like a bar than a breakfast joint, but it's obviously a busy, popular place. The wait staff were really friendly, and when we asked for salsa, they said, "You should try our own house salsa." Well, why not? And it was out of this world? Very different from anything I've had before, not overly spicey, but has a deep subtle flavor and bite that really enhances the food. We asked if they sold it, and the waiter brought us a large (14 oz.?) plastic coffee cup filled with it. We had it on meals we made for ourselves at our apartment, then bottled the rest and took it back to Maine with us. It goes great with our homemade bean dip, and I plan to call them and see if they will send us some more. Both of us would go back in a heartbeat, though I'm glad we didn't have to wait for a table, which I suspect happens because it's so popular. 4.5 stars. (Average, typical restaurant coffee keeps it from getting 5 stars.)

We enjoyed a dinner at Mileys and was really a great place to dine. Quick friendly service, a simple but great menu and would have to say one of the cleanest places we ate in the area.

When we travel, we're always looking for that one spot we can call home. Miley's Café is that place. It's a luncheonette with a light, airy interior staffed by friendly people. The food is American and Mexican and very good. We ate there a few times and did take-out almost daily, as we were staying at the nearby Sedona Hilton and enjoyed having meals in our suite. By the end of the week, we felt like locals. The owner even stopped by our table to wish us well on our last day!
