The only reason we rated this place as Average is because we gave credit to the historic building and friendly wait staff, otherwise the rate would be "Poor." The so-called Happy Hour is $8.00 for a glass of House Chardonnay. The prime rib was thinly sliced and overcooked, and the mashed potatoes lacked flavor. Go there for a drink if you enjoy historical landmarks, but dine somewhere else.
