Apizza Heaven is located at the west end of Sedona. It is hidden behind other buildings, but step out of your car and follow your nose, as the unmistakable smell of delicious Italian food draws you inside! Choose seating inside the nicely appointed restaurant, or enjoy the outdoor patio. Unparalleled pizza awaits you, as well as a full menu of meats, seafood, poultry and pastas. A favorite is Eggplant Parmesan or Salmon Dijon with crispy spinach. The restaurant has a full bar, good service, and reasonable prices. We ate there first as tourists, and now eat there at least once a month as local residents.

This was a great place, the only downfall being that it was a little difficult to find. We were in Sedona for 5 days and we ate here twice. The staff was great, and they remembered us when we returned the 2nd time. The pizza was excellent! We had the "almost everything" along with 2 iced teas (which they brew themselves). On our second visit we had the bruschetta and calzones, although not as impressive as the pizza, it was still good. The prices may be a little high for the quality, but I'd still recommend it!

We had a wonderful dinner here. The bread was excellent and so was the salad, the dressings were outstanding. The sausage and peppers were very good and a generous portion. My husband had pasta and clams which he very much enjoyed. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable. Would return here.

So was recommended we go here for the calzone. Arrived and ordered wings and a calzone. Wings came and they were bloody. Sent them back and waitress (manager) took them back. Ok. Everyone makes mistakes... She got us a round of drinks. Then our calzone arrived....NOT!!! A large pizza instead. When we said we didn't order this she acknowledged her mistake but said it would take a long time for the calzone and said was great pizza. Point was we didn't want pizz!!! But not wanting to wait any longer we took pizza. She said would take 10% off the bill. Problem was she charged us for the pizza price which was more than calzone. REALLY!!!! We have to pay more for her mistake!!! She changed the bill after we complained. We payed the bill and didn't leave a tip as everything was totally wrong!!! We walked out to parking lot and she followed us out and said I quote " that's shameful". REALLY.... I'm shameful for not leaving a tip for someone who a crewed up the entire night!!! We came here for wings and a calzone and instead got bloody wings of which I hope we don't get sick and pizza!!! Maybe it's because we are in the bar area... Don't know. All I know is I have NEVER been so insulted in my life!!!

The pizza here was very good...crisp crust, fresh toppings, served hot. The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable - tables not crowded together. The only drawback was that it is a bit difficult to find at night. The sign is not prominent and the restaurant is not on the main road. But the meal was wonderful once we located the restaurant!
