“Best pizza ever”
Reviewed May 3, 2007

We were seated outside immediately. We ordered Pizza and added a topping. It was delicious. I even loved the crust. We ordered a wonderful salad that we shared. We highly reccommed this place. The help is very attentive. Always refilling our tea and water. Don't miss this place if you like pizza!

“Gluten Free Pizza!!!!”
Reviewed February 14, 2007

Being one of those people that has an allergy to Wheat, finding a place that I can eat the always forbidden pizza was such a JOY!
All you Celiacs and GF's out there know exactly what I mean. Just ask for their Gluten Free menu when you arrive. It's really not that much different from the regular menu which really was a nice thing to see. Instead of having very few selections...I had pretty much just as many as everyone else for a change.

Their GF Pizza crust is VERY good and you have your choice of so many different sauces and toppings. They even have GF appetizers and dessert!!!!! In a world where traveling can be a nightmare when it comes to finding a GF friendly restaurant to eat at Pizza Picazzo's is a masterpiece!

“delicious”
Reviewed February 11, 2007

We went on a busy Friday night and were seated in less time than they predicted; the service was excellent and efficient. We enjoyed the delicious, piping hot pizza and a tasty salad. Overall, much better than expected for a resort town!

Reviewed February 7, 2007

My girlfriends and I were in Sedona for a week long get away and we tried Pizza Picazzo since it was one of the only places open late night- we are Italians from Boston and we know PIZZA!!! This Pizza was HORRIBLE!!! My friend ordered a stuffed vegetable pizza, and the dough was all RAW and uncooked....to the point where there was gooey dough ooozing out...it was inedible....the cheese pizza was ABSOLUTELY FLAVORLESS....it tasted like a stale piece of CARDBOARD!!! We were SO DISAPPOINTED!!! and come to think of it QUITE DISGUSTED.....for anyone who knows REAL pizza SKIP PIZZA PICAZZO.....we thought it should named PIZZA PI-CRAPPO.....Dont waste your time, money or calories.....

“A Sensory Masterpiece!”
Reviewed February 5, 2007

Chicago transplants, we have been hard-pressed to find pizza we love. While in Sedona for a weekend getaway, we happened upon Pizza Picazzo - what a find! The smell upon entering was a treat for the senses! The joint was rockin' and every table was packed, but we lucked out with two seats at the bar. The bartender was cool and provided us with great, entertaining service. The menu options were almost overwhelming, but we somehow made our choices. When our pizza arrived (one was more than enough for the two of us) we were expecting "okay" pizza and just something to fill our bellies . . . boy were we wrong! The crust is usually what disappoints, but not a Picazzo! From the toppings, to the sauce, to the crust, everything was simply amazing. We are going back up to Sedona this weekend and my husband made it a requirement that we return to Picazzo for another memorable meal. It's more than a pizza, it truly is a masterpiece! If you are in Sedona, it's a must-dine for lunch or dinner!
