While visiting Sedona with friends we ate at Dahl & DiLuca's. Our friends started with the Buratta appetizer and my wife and I shared the homemade stuffed Ravioli as a starter. It was exquisite. My friend had the Pollo Rosmarino (boneless chicken breasts sautéed with pancetta, mushrooms and onions in a rosemary marsala wine sauce); his wife had the Romeo & Juliet (sautéed scaloppini of veal and eggplant marinara & mozzarella.); my wife had the Vitello Botticelli (sautéed scaloppini of veal and prawns in a mushroom-marsala wine sauce); and I had the Veal Saltimbocca (sautéed scaloppini of veal in a marsala wine sauce with prosciutto and mozzarella) one of my favorite dishes. All were superb. We shared two bottles of delicious Italian Barbera wine with the meal. Overall it was a relaxed and delicious meal.
