Ok: we saw one server dressed up as a Cowboy; but if this is how Cowboys eat, I want to be one! The mist that surrounds the outdoor dining spaces drew us in off the sidewalks in the over 100 degree heat. The Prickly Pear Margarita was a 'must have' (no excuse needed really!) and was lovely. The burgers are ginormous and cooked to specification. Their famous prickly pear fries were a must have. We actually came here 2 times and service was very good and the menu seemed to be suitable for all ages. Price seemed good for the quality of dishes served, but may be more expensive than other fast food restaurants & chains that seem too plentiful in Sedona.

After having a friend from back home recommend this restaurant when he heard we were going to Sedona, we stopped at the Cowboy Club for dinner. Honestly, we were a little disappointed after eating there. We thought it was a little overpriced for fairly average food. We wanted to try the cactus fries (appetizer), since it seemed like a bit of local flavor. They came with a prickly pear (sweet) dipping sauce. They were tasty, but very greasy. The two entrees we selected were baby back ribs, and the filet tip mac and cheese. The baby backs were good and tender, served with a very heavy barbeque sauce. They came with beans and cole slaw. The filet tip mac and cheese had some pieces of beef on a plate of mac and cheese. The meat was covered with some deep fried onion and jalapeno "straws," which were also very soggy and greasy. Maybe the other food was much better. I don't think we would return, but if we ever did, we would definitely order something else. Just a word on the price: one of us had a beer and the other drank water, and the total bill came to a little over $50.00.

This is located in uptown and the outdoor patio dining was great because you're sitting right in the middle of uptown with all the street traffic (that sounds like a bad thing, but it's a great place to people watch). Cactus fries were good, i hear they have rattlesnakes? ew... no thanks.

If you love western saloons like I do you will love this place. Mind you there are not a lot of them in Sedona.
Ventured in during the day and it was fairly quiet, which meant I could have a discussion with the barman. Young guy, forget his name, but he was bartending between jobs as a hunting guide in the States and Europe, fascinating stuff.
Drinks were reasonably priced and we went back for dinner that night. Usual bar food, cooked as you like it at a very reasonable price.

We stopped in for appetizers and a drink. The food was great, especially the flat bread and cactus fries. The drinks were really good, but a bit pricey, however everything in Sedona is. Definitely worth a stop in. Had the friendliest server.
