“Would not go back!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 21, 2013

The restaurant is in a great location next to the Hilton but the food and service are lousy! We arrived and were seated at a table in the restaurant area. Our server was less than courteous. She explained how the mongolian bar worked and asked us for drink orders. When we did not order alcohol she seemed to get upset. We got our raw food and placed it in the window for the cook. He took the food and we were left confused as to what to do next. We returned to our seats and waited. I noticed the food was placed back in the window so I went to retrieve it. We had to figure out which one was which by what was in it. There was no order to the cooking so the cook was unsure which was ours. The food was hot but not great. We each had mixed our own sauces so the flavor was our own doing but the quality of the meat was poor. The beef had gristle and was tough. The shrimp was tiny and cooked to fingertip size. They brought rice and a broth soup which was ok. It simply tasted like chicken broth with a bit of celery and spices. We had to hunt down the server and ask for drink refills several times. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

“Fresh Food- wish you got more of it...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2013

Great location for us in Village of Oak Creek. We loved the concept- create your own stir fry. Sauces were delicious, veggies were fresh- the only complaint is that the bowl was kind of small- and you only get 1 serving. The price seemed a little steep for 1 helping. But- the food was delicious.

“Mongolian Noodle Bowls - Pile 'em Up!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

We ate here on my birthday - eat noodles on your birthday for a long life :) - and it was good food. You grab a bowl (only one, so make it count) and pile up all the food you want cooked up for you. They have all kinds of meat and tofu, veggies, and noodles. When they say not to be shy, seriously. If you don't pile it way over your bowl, you will not get your moneys worth here. Then you hand your overflowing bowl to the cook and they cook it up for you and hand it to you in a new, bigger bowl. Viola! Delish dish for you to eat at.

You could probably share because you do get a lot of food, but they might charge a sharing fee so check into that. We also got the egg rolls and they were very very good. The staff were all really friendly and helpful since we had never been there before. I will say they don't have eggs, which seems weird to me - eggs in a stir fry or fried noodle dish are where it is at. But that's really my only complaint (if you could call it that).

“Great concept and potential!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

The concept behind this eatery is great --- choose all your own meats, veggies, noodles and sauces and have them grilled quickly. You also get servings of soup and rice to accompany your "bowl" of food. However, I think the business might be going through some changes that affected the service. Food choices are great, big bar, and reasonable prices, so it's worth a try!
