“Excellent choice - views cannot be matched! Everything we needed!”
Reviewed April 10, 2015 for a stay in April 2015

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed here for 4 nights. No regrets - it was in a great central location, had everything you could want on vacation, and the views are spectacular! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

“Simply Amazing!”

We found the PERFECT apartment for the reunion of 4 university friends!! Very glad glad we took the penthouse apartment, worth every penny!!!!! The view is amazing. Wonderful fruit basket was there upon our arrival. It felt high end, we were all so pleased to spend 4 days in such a great spot. You would be lucky to stay there!
We could walk to town, shops, places to eat were close by. Vista Ridge is just above Elote, one of the best restaurants in Sedona. The line up can be 2 hours to get in. So we put our name down and went back to the apartment. Highly recommend you take the time to experience their food.
Dave was completely organized with the rental, answered questions, very happy with our experience!

“Impressive Place”
Reviewed April 1, 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Hubby & I stayed at Vista Ridge (No. 6) for 7 days during the middle of March. All I can say is "Wow"! I know that Sedona is an area where you just want to be out in the midst of things - hiking, driving, enjoying the views - and we certainly did a lot of that. However, it was so wonderful to have million dollar views directly out of both huge living room windows of this place. Yes, it probably made us linger (at home) a little longer in the morning, but it also made us enjoy that morning coffee a lot more. The website pics., while incredibly gorgeous, can't capture how stunning the views from Vista Ridge really are. In addition, the place was spotless, super comfortable, well-maintained & quiet. I haven't slept that well in years! Vista Ridge is a real gem as is beautiful Sedona.

“Fantastic”
Reviewed March 4, 2015 for a stay in February 2015

The views of the red rocks are the best! The patio out front had 2 BBQ's, a Bocce game, tables and chairs, and a fire pit. It was quiet, clean and spacious.

“Fell in love with the view”
Reviewed January 12, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

My husband and I made our first trip to Sedona the week after Christmas. We rented the penthouse and the views and the accommodations were wonderful! The condo was very quiet and we rarely saw anyone, which could be due to the time of year. We had about 8 inches of snow while we were there and there was a man who came regularly to shovel the snow off our steps and balcony area, which was really nice! The kitchen was updated and very nice, but it could be stocked with more cooking supplies. We loved the homey feel of the condo as opposed to being in a hotel. We would definitely rent the same unit again - convenient location, we could walk to restaurants/shops, and spectacular views!

“Stay at Enchantment Resort - better value for money”
Reviewed January 8, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

The owner was very pleasant and gracious in offering me a credit from an earlier booking that was cancelled due to the fires in Sedona.

However, there are many things that future renters should be aware of with Vista Ridge. My recommendation is to stay at the Enchantment Resort for the same price and the experience and value you get is much higher.

The walls were paper thin. There was a child running above us constantly, and we could hear full conversations through the bathroom walls.

There is no privacy. The living room has beautiful views and is where we hung out most of the time (obviously), however, there is a public walkway in front of it. Guests were always walking in front of our unit/window where the living room was and it was very disturbing.

The internet barely worked. We both own businesses and while on vacation need to work some of the time. Unfortunately, the owner said that he was aware of this and had not switched providers yet. Guests should be made aware of this fact ahead of time.

There were several other small issues related to the house being stocked at a very very bare minimum, but the above issues are what I would want to know as a future renter.

Overall we had a lovely time in Sedona. The views are gorgeous from the Vista Ridge and it is in close proximity to local restaurants, boutiques, etc. You will need a car.

“Not as nice as the photos but still pretty good”
Reviewed January 2, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

We rented Unit 1 for 4 nights in December. The unit was not as nice as the photos would have you think. The kitchen has been renovated and the kitchen/living room have a wonderful view. The bathroom has been updated but it's still very dark, small and cramped. The bedroom was very basic with a small window with zero view. The condo has full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The washer/dryer are very loud but get the job done. Travellers should note that unit 1 is on the lower level and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the unit above. One night during our stay we could still hear the people above us talking and moving around at 2AM.

The unit is well situated within the town and everything is very easy to get to. We were provided with day passes for the Hilton Spa which was a nice treat. Also, you will have a parking pass to use which is helpful if you plan to go out hiking.

The unit does have wi fi but it was very spotty.
