I think all the other reviews for Vista Ridge say the same thing - and that's for a reason. This is just a great place to stay in Sedona. We had Apartment #6, and it was extremely well set up, clean and very comfortable. Two great bedrooms, with very comfortable beds, and two great bathrooms, with a well set up kitchen and a great lounge area. It also had a very good internet and wifi connection - something not to be taken lightly when you're travelling far from home. The trouble is the views! We'd sit down in the lounge, or the dining room or on the deck to do something, and end up just sitting there admiring the view. You just can't get tired of looking at those stunning red rock vistas - they change with the light, so there's always something to admire. Our stay at Vista Ridge was the highlight of our three week trip in the US, and we would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. The Manager David was excellent to deal with - and made the whole booking process very easy.

“Spectacular Red Rock Views”

This was our fourth Sedona vacation and, by far, the best accommodations. There are seven condo units - #7 is the best -hignest views (also the most expensive). The rooms are large, the kitchen is well-equuipped, the beds and furniture are comfortable. There are no services. There were three balcanies for views in all directions, but no lounge chairs. There is also covered parking and it is convenient to all activities!

“Amazing Place to Relax and Explore Sedona Area”

What can I say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews? This is the PERFECT location for a family getaway. We have loved our stay at Vista Ridge and will be sad to leave today. The condos are beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable and immaculate. From the moment we arrived we have felt at home. The location could not be better - we're close to everything, and the views - breathtaking! So relaxing to have a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise over the red rocks. Our beds are so comfortable - better than most "luxury" hotels we've stayed in. Since we've prepared a lot of our meals at home and being somewhat of a chef, I've appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. It has all the essentials for preparing nice meals. Thank you, David, for creating such a welcoming place for families in this beautiful part of our country. We will definitely be back and will always stay at Vista Ridge. I can't think of a better place for our family!

It's always a little daunting to have to rent a home in a new vacation spot. When we arrived everything was as described in the online pictures and description. It is one of those places that the experience of staying here the views...the views...the views...from inside and out make the stay so amazing. It is also very clean throughout . We will definitely return and Dave was excellent to work with. If you have never rented a vacation home/condo it is good to know that items would need to be supplied by you during the stay, however we were welcomed with a very lovely basket of items and there was soaps, toilet paper, towels, and detergent ready for use. It was all comfortable and set with soft music when we arrived. Definitely wonderful details and touches that someone went out of the way, unexpected hospitality! A great vacation even while traveling with a toddler. Also just up the hill to restaurants and hiking/walking trails within steps from the door.

My girlfriends and I decided to stay at Vista Ridge for a bachelorette party. The weather was perfect and I can't even describe how beautiful the place was. The pictures on the website give you a slight preview of what you would expect but they do not give the place justice in person.
We all stayed in Canyon Breeze condo #6 and it was beautifully decorated and was extremely spacious for 6 girls. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were two BBQ's that you could use to grill which we used. One of the BBQ's wasn't working too well but since there was another there were no problems.
David was very helpful and professional. He was easy to get ahold of for any reason. The check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. but we were going to be arriving earlier. There were guests staying in the condo the day before us and he was able to let us check-in earlier and have everything set up before we got there.
Us girls had so much fun and we would definitely love to stay there again in the future!

“Beautiful Views”

Girls getaway for 4 nights in Sedona. We stayed in Unit #3 on the ground level. We had read some reviews about not getting a ground level unit due to the noise, but I believe it was all that was available when we booked. The unit itself was beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and with tremendous views of the red rocks that Sedona is noted for. Parking is a bit of a hassle especially when carrying packages, groceries, etc, but there is a parking slot right at the sidewalk to the unit which one can use for up to 30 minutes. Otherwise, you have to park up a hill and walk down and around to this particular unit. Our only complaint was the noise from the guests in the unit above us. It sounded like they were moving furniture across the floor and you could hear every footstep. Some soundproofing is needed between the upper and lower levels. With tile flooring, there is not much there to absorb the noise. The outside area was beautiful with a tranquil water feature, but no privacy between the other units and guests. It was more of a shared courtyard. If you are looking for something a bit more private, this would not be suitable. For two girlfriends, it was no problem although as we were watching TV on Saturday evening, other guests that were milling about outside could look directly in on us. There were no blinds on the door which is glass. The beds are very comfortable and the w/d is a welcome feature. The kitchen has the basics. Don't plan to cook a gourmet meal, but for simple meal preparation, everything was there including an ice-maker, garbage disposal, double ovens, and microwave. No ironing board, but we just fluffed everything in the dryer. The showers both had great pressure. Location is nice as it is tucked up and away from the bustle of Sedona, yet just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

“Incredible stay”

We stayed in Unit 1 for 5 days and all I can say is WOW! Not only is the condo extremely well appointed, well equipped and very clean, but the view is spectacular from that unit. The only problem we encountered was weak internet signal. The owner responded quickly and offered to upgrade us to a unit with stronger signal but we declined because of the satisfaction of all other aspects. We did find that by going out on the patio, we had a stronger signal. This is definitely a great place to stay in Sedona.
