I ate at the Sound Bites Grill twice on a recent trip to Sedona. The first time was for dinner. I was a little disappointed -- my meal arrived only lukewarm -- but had it been hot, it would've been great. I got the filet skewer and it had these giant cubes of filet mignon on it -- not little skimpy ones like what you usually find on skewers. A few days later, a friend of mine and I stopped by in the afternoon for a snack after a long hike. We sat on their outdoor patio and the views are great from there. We both ordered this heirloom tomato and roasted beet salad and then shared a flatbread pizza. The salad was one of the best I ever had -- and the presentation was just as good. The flatbread pizza was also great. We both mentioned as we left that the place sort of gives off a bar and grill vibe and it's too bad -- because their food is much better than a bar and grill type place. I would definitely return.
