Found this place through Living Social. We drove up from Phoenix late on a Friday. It had been a long day at work and there was traffic on I-17 on the way up. When we arrived I was tired and groggy and just wanted to fall into bed. The first thing that struck me about this place was the welcome I received when I walked into the office. Michael was behind the counter and he was extremely welcoming - it felt as if I was a long-lost friend and he had been waiting hours for me to arrive. He walked us over to our chalet (Montezuma's Castle) and gave us a tour of the place. We were truly appreciative of the warm, personal service he gave us. Do you do that for everyone?
We would highly recommend this place to our friends for the welcoming atmosphere, as well as all the other benefits that other posters described.
