“A must for Native American items.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 1, 2013 via mobile

This is where the stores in town buy their Native American jewelry, pottery, Kachinas and novelties. Here you can buy what you see in town for less. They are always getting new items in and we always visit when in Sedona. I have purchased many nice pieces of pottery, baskets and Kachinas.

“The best!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 28, 2013

I was informed about Kachina House by a person I met that works for the US Government's Arts and Crafts Board, I had no doubt this would be the place to buy jewelry! I visited the location with my friends and family, and we each walked out with pieces that were impressive and priced to what we were looking to spend. The staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable- they made our shopping experience enjoyable and laid back. The location is slightly tricky to find but with a GPS it's easy. My only recommendation is to maybe suggest to to them to place a sign or two on the main road so one knows they are heading the right way. I'm sure they want to preserve the uniqueness of the shop but it's such a great place that I would hate for people not to visit it if they can't find it easily. Kudos to a great store!

“A wonderful place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2012

You don't have to be a collector to enjoy this place! The three women running this business, Judy, Toby, and Patty, are wonderful! They are friendly and very knowledgeable, and don't mind spending a lot of time with their guests. We are partial to the pottery, but enjoy learning about the history of and processes for creating the many beautiful pieces of art. You don't have to worry for a split-second whether the piece you are buying is authentic, and it's not uncommon for the artists to drop by for a visit and/or to bring some of their latest pieces of artwork. A definite must-see when in Sedona. And, make sure to say hello to Daisy, the ~ 15 pound security dog...she's charming, and loves to have her belly rubbed!

“Beautiful art, helpful staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2012

We stayed next door at Boots and Saddles, and our hosts told us this place was a must-visit. They were right. Inside is a huge collection of Native American art, crafts, and jewelry. The staff is so helpful, giving you a guided tour if you like and telling you all about the techniques used and the history of the pieces and the artists. The prices are quite reasonable. Definitely visit this place if you're at all interested in Native American art.
