The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our condo was extremely clean, spacious and in an ideal location to explore all Sedona has to offer. During our stay there was a jewelry sale in the common room. Although the advertising flyer stated that the pieces were being offered at a huge discount don't be fooled! Everything was hugely overpriced! My advice is to enjoy your stay in the condo but stay away from the merchants they bring in to fleece the tourists.

This our 2nd family trip to the Villas of Sedona. Everything was just fine but a couple of things really bugged me.
#1 Why do I have to get my parking pass from the guy at the next desk that wants me to upgrade?
#2 Why do I have to question the front desk staff as to how to turn on the jacuzzi? They ask some one else and the response is the button next to the steps. It wasn't easy but we found it. It needs a label!
So how do you get to the HBO? I would ask at the office if I had planned ahead. There is a flier with the shows for the week. But no success.
The front office does not go beyond. I wish I felt more welcome.

We have stayed here 3 times and have stayed in the same condo each time, as we like its location and quietness. The rooms are clean, large and well appointed.
The facility is near enough to everything, including walking distance to one of the best restaurants in town, Troia's.
This is just a great place to stay.

We stayed here Jan 4-8, 2014, and thought it was just the perfect place for our family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom villa and there was plenty of room. The main floor had the well appointed kitchen, living room, and dining room. We hung out there and had the fireplace on most evenings. The kids loved the spas located on the property, and we borrowed a couple of board games from the game room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned and very nice, no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again as the pricing was very good for the amount of space that you got.

Room Tip: Our room was across from the game room and near the pool, and it was nice and quiet, no neighbors

Stayed here with friends, both of us celebrating anniversaries. Unit seemed newly renovated. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen, tons of space. Patio onto pool area which was being redone. Inside pool still available. We would stay here again!

What a great place to stay. Units were all updated this past summer. New paint, carpeting, kitchen, ceramic flooring. Think the furniture looked new as well. Plenty of room. Resort is walking distance to grocery store (Basha's)and a whole little strip mall. The Coffee Pot is across the street -- great for breakfast. There's a movie theater across the street in another strip center. It's a short drive to town and the Pink Jeep Tours (great fun). We took an all day tour to the Grand Canyon to watch the sunset with greatventures.com That was breathtaking. The resort has 3 pools, playground, activity center, work out room, gift shop......everything you need. The staff was great.....so very helpful.

Room Tip: We used the 2 bedrooms, plus the Murphy bed in the loft.....which incidentally was quite comfortable...
