It is moderate to strenous. We stumbled across this hike by chance. Last stretch can be little difficult with more of climbing than walking. We were surprised what awaited us on the top--fantastic 360 views--make sure you leave enough time to spend time exploring the views. Be careful, it is much larger than it looks and make sure you orient yourself with a landmark (a range/mountain)--it is easy to get lost since there are no trails per se.
