First of all, when you write, "Classic Eggs Benedict" on your menu you should have the wherewithal to leave the spinach off the dish. And the eggs should be poached, not hard boiled. But hey...that's nothing compared to the complete lack of service and mis-management at this very pretentious little dive. The manager stuck her fingers in every glass she touched...clean or dirty. When she stuck her filthy fingers in the side of ketchup she brought to our table, it was the last straw. Here's another tip...if you have an open kitchen you must train the cooks not to eat behind the line. There is nothing that ruins one's appetite like seeing the cooks stuffing their faces while cooking your breakfast. Back in the day, servers had to procure a food handler's card. That should go double for managers! I fly into this airport on a regular basis so this was not my first visit....but it was my last. Come up for the spectacular view but pack a lunch...this place is not worth a visit!
