This hotel was quite clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was thrilled when I discovered how close it is to a wonderful quilt shop.

While visiting our son at ASU, our family visited Sedona on our way to the Grand Canyon. The city is beautiful and you get a view of the red hills right from your balcony and pool-just as advertised on the website. The price was right too! But what really sold us on SEDONA REAL was the people. Imagine being greeted as if you were a regular visitor. Even the breakfast staff wanted to make sure all of our needs were met and were actively looking for suggestions to improve an already impressive breakfast bar.
Hans at the front desk was WONDERFUL. Not only did he welcome us initially- he was invaluable when I had to call after we had checked out because my daughter had left her Build-a-Bear in the room. Hans took care of sending the bear to our house (for a small fee) and helped my daughter enjoy the rest of our trip. With our son at ASU, we will definitely make Sedona Real a repeat stop when we return to Arizona.”

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite in the main building, overlooking the pool. Clean, spacious- with a fireplace...

We stayed through their "Stay and Play Package". Two night at the inn , a Pink Jeep tour and first class tickets on the Verde Railway. We had a wonderful time and didn't have to go through the hassles of organizing the tours, When we booked our room we were asked when we wanted the tours and when we registered at the hotel we were handed an enveloped with tickets and all the info.
The suite was clean and large and very comfortable. There was great selection for breakfast and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Although we were on the road with no view , the bedroom was in the middle of the suite so we didn't hear any road noise. Not having a view was disappointing but it was to warm to sit out anyways so not a great problem.
When we asked about a restaurant for supper we were told to try Nick's, a favourite of the locals and a must for any visit.
We had a great time, loved Sedona and if we ever go back that way we would definitely stay at the Sedona Real again

Just wanted to tell you all what a great time we had at The Sedona Real Resort. The room at Sedona Real was beautiful. We opted for one of the suites although we saw some of the other rooms that would have been awesome too. Comfy bed, soft linens, cold air conditioning, fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub right in the living room!

The staff was really friendly and the concierge knowledgeable about their Sedona community. The grounds were manicured with lots of green plantings. There were so many things to do right down the street like hiking, Jeep tours (Pink Jeep next time), food, wine tasting and nightlife. We were tremendously happy and look forward to our next visit. Go visit, you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay on our recent vacation. We had booked a Regal King and asked for a room with a view if possible. When we arrived we were asked if we would like to be upgraded (for an additional cost) to a Corner King room. We are sure glad we did. The room was very spacious, sitting area with fireplace and flat screen TV. The view was nice (not spectacular). We could see the mountains and Hwy 89A. We did not hear any of the traffic noise though. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Sedona as they offer a return visit discount.

Sedona Reãl Inn and Suites was such a nice change for my family of four from a hotel room. It was great having all the room of a suite, especially the pullout sofa.

The concierge was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great too.

My mom and I spent a week in Sedona in August, and picked the Sedona Real Inn & Suites because it was inexpensive, had a complimentary breakfast, and was reasonably close to what we wanted to do. It was absolutely fantastic.

We got a suite with a balcony, which overlooked the pool and then the mountains. Really nice to sit out on the balcony in the morning or while the sun was setting and read with a beautiful backdrop. The continental breakfast also had a waffle iron, eggs and sausage (in addition to traditional continental breakfast fare). There was plenty of seating, and even though breakfast was crowded, we never had a hard time finding someplace to sit. Anytime anything was out, all I had to do was ask the attendant to get more, and she'd bring more out.

Two weeks before we went, they posted a discount code for a last minute getaway. We had already booked our hotel with a different coupon code, and when we called, they changed it to the lower rate - no problem. The concierge were always helpful and friendly. There were no elevators, but we requested a second floor room so we could have a better view of the mountains. We had no problem pulling our suitcases up the stairs to the second floor.

I know the hotel is pet friendly, but I didn't hear a single dog barking while we were in the room. (I heard some while we were out of the room, so I know they were there somewhere!!) We requested foam pillows and a feather free room, and that was all correct when we checked in. I accidentally turned the fireplace on and couldn't figure out how to turn it off - the front desk came up immediately and turned it off for me.

All the pictures of the pool and the mountains? If you're looking at the hotel in those pictures, the room we stayed in is just off to the left.

We did a bunch of self guided driving tours (sedonadrivetours.com, walkabout audio tours of montezuma well/castle, sunset crater, and petrified forest). I feel like we just barely grazed the surface of what Sedona has to offer. WHEN we go back, we will definitely stay at the Sedona Real Inn & Suites again. =)

Room Tip: If you want a view, ask for a room on the second floor.
