The hotel is in the middle of the most touristy bit of Sedona. it is surrounded by tour operators who are trying to persuade you to take a tour. Car parking is a problem every day we stayed we had difficulty locating a parking place and crossed out fingers that our car wouldn't be damaged.
The only other two slightly negatives I have are other than on floor 2 you have to go up or down the stairs and there is no elevator. My husband has lung damage following cancer and he found it difficult. And finally we were given a room on level one and although the room was described as having a private patio other guests had to walk past your room to access theirs so not only was your patio not private neither was your room.
All that said the room was beautifully decorated, staff friendly and view good. Although set in a busy area we really didn't hear the noise of the 'town' although I don't know what it would be like in the summer.
I would stay here again if I was in Sedona just in a room on a higher floor.More
