Wow! This is a beautiful course but you must have your private golf club pro call for a tee time here. If you are not a member of a private club you cannot get in. Sorry. But if you can get in you will see a perfectly manicured course that is interesting and challenging as you play beside fabulous canyon views in every direction. This Tom Weiskopf course is one of the most delightful to play. Don't plan on a tee time later than 1:00 if you want to finish before dark in the fall.

Seven Canyons Golf Club was a public/semi-private club that reverted to "private" in September of 2013. Prior to our recent trip to Sedona, we had the head pro at our club call their head pro and arrange for us to be able to play. If you are a member of a private club, you can probably have your head pro call theirs and make a similar arrangement. The cost was $125, and, considering the location, the views, the service, and the course itself, it is worth the price.

The course was in excellent condition, with a reasonable amount of elevation changes, bunkers, hazards, etc. that made the course a lot of fun. It is more of a tactical course than a "grip it and rip it" course, and that's one of the key reasons we enjoyed it so much. I played from around 6,100 yards (right about what I need), and found the course fun, and challenging from the first tee shot to the final putt (which run about 10 on the meter).

The staff and service were excellent, and even though we were not members, we were treated as though we were. If you can get on this course, and don't mind the expense, absolutely do it. And, apart from anything else, the views are among the best we've seen on ANY golf course. Don't forget your camera (and, perhaps a couple of extra balls).

Wife and I played as part of a one-time golf trip to Arizona. Stayed at the resort one night and played the course the next day, just the two of us. Not busy at all. Truly great environment to experience, a number of interesting course features. More expensive than we normally play, but for the one-time experience, it was worth it.

We played this course today and it is Spectacular. The views are jaw dropping and the course was in great shape. The staff and management couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We were able to play this course as our home club belongs to Club Corporation of America! If you ever get a chance PLAY THIS COURSE! We can not wait to return next year and play it several times!

One of the nicest courses around. Wonderful staff, scenic views that compare to none. Only down falls non members can not buy drinks in the bar. You have to have a member number. After 18 holes in the heat looked forward to a beer. But staff was terrific.
