“WAY overpriced”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

Although the views from Seven Canyons is very hard to surpass, we were highly disappointed in the course conditions for the play rate of $125.00 each. The fairways were awful - bumpy uneven grass, same for the tee boxes- they were all chewed up. The clubhouse left ALOT to be desired for a one-time private course. The players assistants were disinterested in letting you know when you were on the tee box - we and several others had to ask. No helpful hints as to being your first visit. The front nine was poorly marked - none of the holes had a sign as to which hole you were playing!!!! On our way to # 9 we started to replay #3 because there was no sign directing you to #9! I would love to play the course again, but the conditions have to improve drastically, the customer service needs attention and the price needs to be re-evaluted for course conditions. Again the views are amazing.

“Beautiful-Difficult”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

The scenery was just beyond compare. We played in the afternoon, so the light coming off of the mountains was breathtaking. Very few holes were "non-descript", in fact they were downright difficult. I never used my driver, playing from the middle tees, due to the tightness of the course. This may have been the most difficult course I have ever played, but I wouldn't change a thing. All of us were in the same boat, so we all had the same evel of pain.
The grounds were impeccable. People were evrywhere, so the complaints of disrepair are a thing of the past. I would play it again in a heartbeat.

“Worth every penny”
Reviewed November 18, 2012

If you can hit the ball straight Seven Canyons will be among the most rewarding rounds of your life. If not, the course is pretty unforgiving. The beauty of the course is great consolation, though.

“Challenging course with fabulous views”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

Be sure to bring your camera when you play this course. Not only is it fun but there is a picture op on almost every course. The course has a problem with havilenas digging so there are some bare spots. Not much different than elk problems in Colorado. The small cafe has been moved to the bag drop area which is much more convient. Also nice patio for breakfast and lunch. The club does give discounts if you are staying in Seven Canyons or other hotels. We will be back on our next trip.

“Jaw dropping scenery”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

This golf course is a nice challenging design by Tom Weiskopf. The views were spectacular with gorgeous rock formations on every hole. Good value as well.
