Upon arriving at the star gazing location, we were guided through the grass field by a staff. We joined a group of about 8-10 people, and chairs and blankets are provided. Chairs are the ordinary foldable kind with fabric as the back and the seat, with cup holders. Blankets are thick, and made of wool (from the feel of it, it's too dark to actually see the material). If you came dressed warmly as suggested, you definitely won't need another blanket (although they do provide extra ones upon request). The tour consist of introduction of major constellations visible in the sky, and of galaxies through a telescope. Our astronomer, Rick, was ever so amazing throughout the whole tour. Detailed explanation and helpful with any question, if asked. Of course, it's not just a boring old tour of the stars. Rick entertained our group by cracking jokes here and there, and if I have to say so myself, they're pretty funny. Although the price is a bit expensive ($60 for 1.5 - 2 hours of experience), it is worth every penny. Would definitely come again when I have the chance!
