This was amazing to see. We were fortunate enough to have a moonless sky so we were able to see much more. Our featured planet was Saturn and you could even see the rings around it. Our enthusiastic astronomer Rick was very informative and even humorous at times. He made sure to point out all of the constellations as well as the horoscope stars. The laser pointer made it very easy to follow. If you are in Sedona this is a MUST SEE!!!

We decided to do this based on other reviews we had read while planning the trip. This was a very memorable evening and it was wonderful to look up and see so many stars. We don't get to see a sky like that living in the city. The guides were friendly and helpful. You could see satellites passing, and we saw a few shooting stars. The guides showed us several things - the best being Saturn. They also pointed out several constellations. The location was not a far drive from Uptown Sedona. If you are interested in the planets and constellations or just want to see a lit up sky, then don't miss this!

When they said we would see Saturn, I thought I would see some fuzzy light and use my imagination to see the rings...wrong....it was there in the scope,,,the way the real photos show Saturn to be..yes I saw Saturn, and nubile, double stars, shooting stars, all the constellations in the June night sky, the Milky Way, the Space Station meandering it's way across the night sky and even a spy satellite, not sure if it was one of ours or one of their's(who ever their's is these days)..

This was an incredible, wonderful experience, especially for us old "trekkies" who grew up traveling the galaxy with Jean-Luk, Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock, and of course Chakotay, who was probably from the future Sedona. Anyway back to the present reality. If you want to have an incredible evening, you must plan on spending an evening looking up at the night sky of Sedona.

Matt was an incredible "tour guide"; starting as soon as we arrived with the appearance of the space station entering the horizon and traveling across our view, gathering light and brightness as more of the set sun reflected off its solar panels. We were escorted up to our viewing area, which included comfy chairs, blankets and a telescope to enhance the points of interests. I finally can pick out some of the constellations everyone talks about, and was so excited by Matt's talk, that I could consider purchasing a telescope to visit some of the sights I saw. If you only have a few days in Sedona, you must take this star gazing tour.

We have been to Sedona many times over the past 25 years, and have visited cliff dwellings, the Grand Canyon, many of the Vortices, lots of shopping and fine restaurants, the desert, Oak Creek Canyon etc....But this was the best evening and tour we have done. Get on line or pick up the phone, but schedule you're evening viewing the Night sky in Sedona with these very intelligent and interesting people.

What a fun and different evening! My hiking group decided to do an evening of star gazing while staying in Sedona and really had a good time. Our leader, Matt, was very informative and entertaining. Could not believe the rings of Saturn -- wow! They provide blankets to keep the chill off, very helpful the night we were there.
