Although just a little hole-in-the-wall, this establishment has the best hotdogs west of the Mississippi. With a wide array of condiments to splash on your dog, you come away with a desire to return. Parking is limited however.

The hot dogs were delicious and then the brewery was a great place to try a beer while eating. Customer service at Simon's is great. The owner wants to make sure you're happy and calls you by name when delivering the hot dog to the bar at the brewery. Brews are good too! Perfect combo. It IS hard to find but that's why there's a map feature on our phones.

The place is not big on atmosphere (not sure what some people expected from a hot dog stand in a brewery), but we thought the dogs were very tasty. I had the traditional Colombian, and my husband had the vegetarian Tokyo dog. Both were delicious, and the owner came by to chat and ask how we liked our meal. The chips and pickle were just so-so, but the beer and free popcorn made up for it! I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch.

Best hot dogs in AZ. Opens at 4:00PM. The location is not highly visible, but worth the work to find the locale. The parking lot can fill
up during peak season. Unique Columbia style hot dogs. These are not German, New York or Chicago style hot dogs, so do not expect
them to be. The unique combinations and varied toppings make for a great meal. Hot dogs come with potato chips or pickles or both.
Items can be ordered to go or to be eaten in the old Oak Creek Brewery. Hotdogs take around ten minutes to make. Recommend sitting
outside weather permitting. Order some beer from the bar, sit down, drink up, and wait for the goodness of the hot dogs to arrive.
To give an idea of the menu and prices we ate the following
Diner One - Columbian hot dog - pineapple, mozzarella cheese, crushed potato chips and Simon's spread
Diner Two - Hola Amigo - creamy avocado, cream cheese, jalepenos
also had the Tokyo Madness - teriyaki onions, wasabi mayo, seaweed
Price $20.00 without tip
Also drank two hefeweizens and two pilsners $20.50 without tip. The bar area plays grunge music and had hacky sacking outside.

We enjoyed every aspect of our visit ! After watching sunset at the airport lookout headed for Simon's. Nothing fancy, almost the opposite sitting in the brewery having a beer while Filipe prepared our Columbian dogs. He explained the background of the name as the kind of food people like in late night Columbia (when the bars close). We just loved them! While we were eating they were moving chairs around for Tuesday night drumming, wish we could have stayed. We sat inside but there were people sitting outside by the fire pit. Great beer in the bar too!
