A perfect combination; gourmet dogs and brats adjacent to a brewery. The host cooks and serves terrific light fare so you don't have to leave the brewery to eat! Great, tasty concept.

What a great combination! Oak creek brewery, fantastic gourmet hot dogs, and very chill outside patio that really hits the spot right after a long hike. I tried the Tokyo madness, wife had the Sonoran cousin, and brother in law had the Columbian...all were fantastic! Will go again next time in Sedona.

We tried to stop at Simon's on the way to the Grand canyon but apparently they don't do lunch and the kitchen only opens at 4:00pm. We were fine with that and said we would be back in a couple of days. When we returned, after 4pm this time, we were told the kitchen was closed for the day. Come on guys, put a sign outside if your kitchen is given to being closed on particular days like the day before Thanksgiving. We won't bother stopping at Simons if we pass through Sedona again as it will probably be fluffy bunny day and everyone knows the kitchen is closed on fluffy bunny day.

Even if you're not a hot dog fan, you must try Simon's Hot Dogs. The fresh toppings and home made buns are a unique experience. It's a little off the main drag in a brewery that boasts great beer as well. The owner who makes and delivers these delights truly cares about his product.

Beer and hot dogs are great! A little out of the way but best dogs period! The service was friendly and the prices are great.
