Hands down the best massage I have ever had! Prefect amount of pressure and the ambience is amazing. Relaxing yet lovely music, indoor water fall, and wind chimes.
The aroma therapy included was incredible and helped me fully relax. The bed is warmed if desired and helped to loosen up my muscles.
Great couples massage that included a delicious snack: crackers, cheddar cheese, cranberries, almonds, water and chocolates.

Fantastic facility providing a great massage. I highly recommend Stephen. A convenient location just off 89A. There is even a brewery across the street if you are so inclined.

My wife and I were in Sedona on our honeymoon and wanted to get a massage during our stay. We found uptown massage and what a wonderful experience we had. This was my first massage ever and my wife’s second and we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing experience. Steven and Erika were such kind people and made our couples massage such a fantastic experience that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you again to both of you, it was one of our favorite experiences during our honeymoon!

Very poor customer service. They only take phone calls and will not call you back. We tried 4 times and, after being told they had availability, we’re then told that they didn’t because of “system issues”. I think their issue is a lack of a system or a commitment to customer service. Booked services at another spa online with email confirmations…very easy.

I understand the frustration of not being able to book what was available in the first conversation, but then wasn’t by the time you called back. We are a small spa, with only four therapists on each day, so our availability changes quickly. We no longer accept online bookings because since reopening after covid there are now so many details we need to go over. We enjoy getting to know each guest a little at the time of the reservation. It helps us connect and prepare for any celebration details, mask, gender, or room preferences. This has avoided confusion and saved time and energy for the guest and our staff.

My wife and I did a couples massage here with Alissa and Steven. They were absolutely fantastic - so nice, thoughtful, and they listened to our needs. My wife needed a prenatal massage and they were able to accommodate with a lighter massage and proper inserts/pillows designed for prenatal massages. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Sedona!
