My wife and I have stayed at this Best Western several times. It has improved its included breakfast quality from our last visit. Although we are not fans of the free/included breakfast, we wanted an early start, so we tried it. It gets rather busy in the breakfast room. I would avoid the coffee as it's instant and really not that good. The views from this hotel are better than the views from the Southwest Inn. Check our reviews on other Hotels and Restaurants in Sedona. I would recommend staying in the rooms on the higher levels. If you're on the first (lowest) level, in the morning you'll hear the thumping and the rolling of suitcase wheels above you. The walkway & patios for the second level are right above your room. We are beginning to see many cracks in the cement walkways, stairs and patio areas. This appears to be a common problem at many Sedona Hotels. Maybe fast or poor judgement calls during construction? At this hotel, we always experienced clean rooms with no issues. The beds are very good with many pillows. We always had a good night's sleep at this location. And of course, any nosie level is created by other guests. Luck was with us again as it was quiet. The parking areas are large. Depending upon the location & floor level of your room, you may not be able to park near it. Unless you have an issue with stairs, this is no problem. In the future, we would stay again at this Best Western.

Lovely hotel to watch the sunset on the red rocks of Sedona. We had a terrace room but the terrace can be shared by all hotel guests. The room was large with flat screen HD TV, two chairs facing a fireplace and separate desk and chair and small fridge. We found the wall mounted AC to be very quiet. Our king bed was on the firm side. If we were to stay again we would bring our own pillows as we found the hotel pillows to be quite uncomfortable.

Thank you for staying with us here in Sedona and for taking the time to write give your feedbback. The terraces are amazing and I am so glad you enjoyed them. If you took any nice photos out there, we would love to have you share those here! There's practically a screen-saver-worthy photo at every turn!

I regret the pillows were not what you were anticipating. We do our best to maintain high quality, hypo-allergenic pillows, so any feedback is important. Thank you!

We hope to see you back here soon!

We have just returned from Sedona, where we stayed at the Best Western Inn of Sedona from 1/11/2010 to 5/11/2010. We 'discovered' Sedona through the Arizona forum on TA, and the B.W. Inn the same way. Both places were better than we could have imagined.

The B.W. Inn is nicely laid out with the rooms on various levels and in different building, all around a central pool/spa/breakfast room/gardens area. The outside appearance is SouthWestern, and the best of all is the 360 degree views all around. Sunrise to sunset, the views are beautiful and intriguing.

While some people don't like the shared patio idea, it did not bother us at all, and it was great to have such a spacious and pleasant area to sit and enjoy a book, a drink, or just the views of the Red Rocks.

The rooms are also very pleasant and well-equipped, and very quiet. We spoke with our neighbours outside, but heard absolutely nothing when inside, which is rare in a large hotel.

The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast room was staffed by someone knowledgeable, and again, helpful and friendly. The concierge, Joan, was always willing to spend time to help us decide on Sedona's many options. Our only regret was that there wasn't nearly enough time!

We were sorry to have to leave, and will definitely be back to continue our explorations around this wonderful area.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us in Sedona! Even living here, none of us can think of a better place to enjoy the views, so we are happy you felt that way too. Getting to know people from all over the world happens a lot out on our terraces, as well as in our cute breakfast room.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We hope you choose to come back and stay with us again!

We stayed here for one night, but will definitely come back. We had a room with a king bed, fireplace and red rock view. There were two chairs in front of the fireplace and they even had ottomans to put your feet up! It seems like they thought of everything to make you comfortable. Staff was great also. We go to Sedona for hiking a lot but this was our first time at this hotel and loved it. Breakfast was good, too.

Thank you for giving our hotel a try! We are located in the middle of Sedona. Uptown is just a few minutes away, you can either drive there or take our complimentary shuttle. We are a half mile from the Airport Vortex. We are within easy access of the Soldier's Pass Trail and not far from the Sedona Dog Park. We have a concierge on staff to help with questions on what to see and do in Sedona. We hope you will stay with us again. Sincerely,

As everyone else has commented the views are fantastic from this hotel, just a two minute drive outside of downtown. The hotel has a small area with a trail to view the red rocks, right next to the lobby. Don't miss it.
Across the street from the hotel is a road up the side of a small mountain to the local airport, more fantastic views of the city and red rocks.

The hotel itself has free parking and wireless internet in the rooms, and a great breakfast also included. We did not use the pool, but they have one, though small. We did not take the shuttle downtown, but drove the two minutes and there was free parking in lots.

We took the AAA rate, and therefore had a room down two flights of stairs. The hotel is set into a hill, which provides great views but the lack of ventilation made the room damp and stuffy. The window did not open, so opening the door was the only way to get any ventilation. We had to run the air conditioner one night, it was warm and the unusual rain, caused it to be humid. The air-conditioner was very loud, and runs continuously. The room was clean, and plenty of room and storage, and if I stayed again, I would ask for the top rooms, which have sliders to the balcony and a door to the parking lot. Since the hotel is built into a hill, the top floor is at street level and you walk down to the other two. The balcony on the lower level is smaller, (see photo), compared to those shown on the website.

This hotel has a great concierge who gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, and provided excellent maps to the area. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Overall this hotel has everything going for it, and I think if you could open the windows, on that lower level it would be perfect.

The last 4 times we went to Sedona we styed at this Best Western Inn and we were never disappointed. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. We traveled with a friend couple and they had the adjacent room. Our rooms were on the top level terrace facing Dry Creek canyon. The rooms were very comfy with two queen beds and a fireplace. We watched the sunset from the terrace, probably took 30 - 40 pictures (magnificent views) and enjoyed a couple glasses of wine.

After the sunset we went for a swim in the pool, which just had the perfect temperature and a dip in the hot tub.

Then we walked accross the parking lot to Judy's, a very fine restaurant, to have dinner.
It couldn't be any easier. We were lucky we made reservations because the place was quite busy.

In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast, which is really nice and included in the room rate, outside in the morning sun.

It was perfect.

We will definitely be back for a 6th time.

Free wireless, free breakfast - continental but good choices and quality. Great stay - highly recommended. Negatives - slightly out of town
