The condo had the basic necessities and was reasonably clean. More than 2 occupants could be uncomfortable since there was only the sofa and 1 upholstered chair in the living room. An additional person could use one of the 4 armless dining room chairs which are so heavy to move. Dishes comprised 6 each of dinner plates, bowls, salad plates and cups. No saucers. Wound up washing dishes immediately after every meal or nothing to use for next meal. Dull knives wouldn't cut the rind of a cantaloupe. Nice big pizza cutter, but no pizza pan or baking sheet on which to bake the pizza. The only flat utensil on which to bake is a rectangular glass pan which is dangerous to put into an oven at over 400 degrees. Many items cooked required 425....No kettle to boil water. No salad bowl...used the glass casserole dish. Fancy Cuisinart coffee maker...had to stir the coffee grounds to make the coffee drip into the carafe. VERY good quality of pots and pans. Kitchen shelves above the lowest had large dust bunnies and black flakes that looked like soot. Same for the top of the refrigerator. Great for short people who can't see that high. NO whirlpool tub in condo. Impossible to use the tiny outside whirlpool because there was not one bit of shade at any time of day...in temps over 100 degrees. Couldn't use it much after sundown because it closes at 10:30 PM which meant rushing back after a dinner out. No mid-week linen change. Housekeeping service consists of replacing towels and "amenities" and making the bed (tightly tucking all bedding under the mattress so it must be pulled out to sleep in the bed): NO CLEANING. Nice washer and dryer but no laundry basket or even a large plastic bag in which to keep soiled clothing until laundered. Electronic key locks on entry door didn't work more often than not and required a call to have someone open the door....they said this was happening a lot because of damp weather??? Sounds can definitely be heard between condos...not so good if a large family is next door. A/C keeps condo comfortably cool but is very noisy and shakes the whole condo. VERY aggressive attempt to sell guests more timeshare space. BEWARE....even after saying "no sale" they checked credit rating and pre-authorized a loan. There are many, many condos that are much nicer than this, including some in Sedona. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant and helpful...but that is what is expected. No return visit planned.
