The Chapel is beautiful and of unique construction. The view from the upper parking lot was great. We arrived early in the morning, and there were almost alone there.

Of all the times we have visited Sedona, we have never visited the Chapel - just looked at it from the road. Do yourself a favour and drive up for a look - it just seems to fit the entire anbience of Sedona.

This was really a unique sight to behold. The only thing was, the best place from to view it from is at the bottom of the road a few hundred feet below. Because of the way the road zigzags up towards it, when you arrive at the chapel there's really no view of it since the entrance is at the back behind the picturesque part. Once you're there it's quite a nice view of the city below. All the visitors were respectful and observed a decent noise level. The downstairs gift shop is very tiny and had lots of impractical items which tourists would not buy. I didn't see a single person buy anything. And it seemed the staff took an oath of silence because no one spoke, smiled or greeted any of us as we entered. I must say, their unfriendliness took me off guard. It was as if we were intruding. Quite strange. Otherwise, the visual of the chapel is worth it.

I'm not Catholic, but it would be such an amazing place to worship. It's all of God's creation on display, a stunning testament to the Creator. The way the building is perched in the rocks is incredible. It's such an easy and quick place to visit, don't miss it!

Beautiful, peaceful chapel with great views. Parking is a bit tricky, but well worth the hassle. Frank Lloyd Wright designed a beautiful, spiritual haven in the middle of the desert.
